I went to this dealership and told them strictly to pull my credit report ONE time and they proceeded to pull it multiple times which is unacceptable. Seven years that sticks on my credit report

      Business response

      03/12/2024

Mr. W*** was made aware that. in order to secure the most favorable credit terms, different potential lenders would need to be sent the application for credit. Imperial Chevrolet only submitted one inquiry in order to make a judgement regarding which finance sources would be likely to approve the transaction. The application was submitted to potential sources, each of which would run their own inquiries in order to make a credit decision. This is a usual and customary practice used to find the most favorable approval for the customer. Potential future viewers of the credit report understand that there may be multiple inquiries for one transaction when seeking the most favorable terms. Since only one loan results, they understand that approaching multiples sources is common. Imperial is unable to change the result, which, again, was necessary to secure the best approval terms for the customer.

In August of 2022 I purchased a 2016 ***** Suburban, At the time of purchase, the retractable running boards were not operating. I agreed to split the cost to repair them. They ordered new motors and would call when they came in. After a week of the car being at the dealership, I picked it up to drive home. About 30 minutes into my drive home, there was a horrible noise in the front end. Imperial sent someone to pick up the car and bring me a loaner. I was told that they passenger side axle was bad and needed to be replaced. The repair was done and the motors were replaced on the car. 2 weeks later, I started hearing another noise in the front end and then the drivers side running board was not working properly again. I returned to the dealership to have them tell me the brackets on the running boards were bad and so was the driver side axle. I am frustrated that at the time of the initial repair to the running boards and the other axle, it was not looked into to make sure that they vehicle was in need of other repairs having to do with the running boards and axle. It has now been 4 weeks since they informed me of these issues and I have called multiple times to ask for an appointment and a rental car. I have been told my advisor or service manager would call me back and neither have done so. I was told on 11/28 by ***** that I was the first person to receive a call back after their computers were up. I waited until 12pm on 11/29 and called yet again because no one called me. I was told a message would be left after I expressed by frustrations. I then received a call about 20min later from someone saying he was going to call ***************. after they returned from lunch to set up my appointment. I have not received a call back yet again. The starter also died in my vehicle 2 weeks ago and I needed it towed to another mechanic to have it repaired.

Please note that we have the customers vehicle in our ************ presently.  We have called her to return the Rental and pick up her vehicle.

The work is completed and she is planning to pick it up this evening, with no cost to her.

      It should be resolved.

      Thank you

I am just reading down what's happening. I went to Imperial Chevrolet in Mendon (** ******* Rd, Mendon, MA 01756) to buy a car and they did the trade in, after 4 days I just asked them to give my car back and they denied. I gave them 5 k as down payment. The mercedes " trade back" was under 5 days and lemon law applies, if I am not right they should have returned my money and my car, but they forced me to buy another car with them. Which is the car I have right now with me. The Toyota 2018. the car is more cheaper than the other one, as showing in the screenshot they said that the will pay the full amount on the trade in ( mercedes to Toyota) but they didn't applied my down payment there, and they should have traded in the jeep for the toyota. Not the Mercede's to Toyota. However, Now the Toyota has issue, the lights are broken, the doors are not working well, the breaks aren't good. The remote starts does not working, and also its coming a stranger noise from the engine. I'll have an appointment with the mechanic tomorrow and ask him to give me the papers works. If you can help me, What I would like to do is: get my money back and refund the car. I Have all the paper's works I can send to you if you would like. Also, they knew it about the brake Issues. I will send you the print. Please let me know if you can help me. 09/03/210 Car that I scheduled appointment for was already sold upon my arrival and managers Brad and Dave had called me 15 min prior to tell me car was ready for a test drive. David one of the managers apologizes then tells me they have another vehicle that would work. That vehicle they could not find the key, & did not have title because they just got it 5 days ago. I felt very rushed so that car was a no go. At this point I was fed up & leaving then Brad the manager comes out states he will find me a good Deal & price so we had to go 15 min to another dealership, did find a nice car & had to drive 15 min back to dealership. Told the Internet price. Finance manager submits $4000 lower & it is approved. Brad comes in office & states that the bank had a really sh***y deal & put company down & that unless I come up with $10,000 down for the vehicle which he knows I don't have hen it's not a deal & that he has a family & they need to eat & he was not going to lose his job forit

On August 27, 2021, Imperial Chevrolet provided a lease quote via text message for a 2021 Camaro LT1 consisting of $279 per month for a term of 36 months with 10,000 miles per year and $1,739 down payment. When I visited the dealership in person on September 4, 2021, this offer was not honored and the initial quoted price was more than $200/month higher than the original offer, with no explanation given for why the original offer was invalid.
