Beware when purchasing a used vehicle from them. I purchased a car for my daughter and the one they sold me actually had snow tires on the front and all seasons on the rear, which is considered an unsafe way to drive a car. I didn't find out until several months after purchasing the car when one of the rear tires had to be replaced and the tire shop brought it to my attention. Imperial is taking no responsibility for selling the car in an unsafe driving condition since the car passed state inspection and only offered to sell me replacement tires. I'll take my business elsewhere.Review from Dan G

Joke of a dealership, sent my new truck with a scratch and wont pay to fix, did not update computers, split floor mats with them and they installed used mats. Not willing to work with the customers would recommend going anywhere else

We are sorry to hear that our customer is not satisfied. We did accommodate him with delivery of his vehicle to *****. Customer called to say there was a paint imperfection on the bumper cover We told him we'd send touch-up paint or he could have our runners take it back to us. He declined. We were not aware that the vehicle needed software updates, which may have come up after we serviced the vehicle. In any event, these are done at any GM dealer at no charge. The vehicle was pre-owned, and we furnished mats from another similar pre-owned vehicle.Review from Danielle V

I should have researched this company and looked for reviews before doing business with them. I can't get anyone on the phone to talk to about registering a truck that I financed. I have no forms to register myself otherwise, I would. The manger supposed to call me back yesterday but he did not. Sales person, Vincent, avoiding all contact. It's been three weeks since they had the paper work back and two and half since insurance. I just want to know what is the hold up and can't get anyone to just share that exact info. None of my local tax accessors received anything to register the truck. I bet they are satisfied with the check from the finance company. Today is the 23rd and the 31st is next week. I have no answers and can't drive my truck!!!Review from Christine J

Attempted to purchase a vehicle with this dealership and signed a sales agreement. Two days later we were contacted and told the price was actually $5,000 more than the agreement were pressured to sign a new agreement. We eventually decided we were not interested in participating in this bait and switch fraud and let the dealership know we would not be moving forward with the new agreement. The manager at the dealership had the audacity to blame us, that we should have been checking his employee's work and stated we were bad people for wanting to uphold the existing agreement! So if you want incompetence, bullying, blame games, fraud, and no guarantee that your agreements will be honored, take a trip to Imperial Chevrolet!Review from Kayla B

They deserve a zero star rating. Their service department is the worst ever. My car has been there since November due to engine and water pump issues. I just got this car in July of 2022. It should have been covered under warranty but it wasnt. They never called me to tell me this and I called every day and either I would get I will get a call the next day or they would not answer my call. I found out that it wasnt covered when I called in December and it is now march and I just paid for my car being done and they told me that I couldnt get my car until the check I paid the repair with cleared which is absolute ********. Any other mechanic shop would give you the car back once receiving payment. I will not go back for any repairs there and will never buy a car from them ever again. They are the absolute worse ever.
