I have asked ************ several times ( At least 6 times ) over the past 3 weeks to please stop sending me text and emails with solicitations. I have contacted them personally by phone speaking with customer service and sent emails and the are refusing I am constantly getting emails and text messages. I explained several times that if it continued I would file a complaint. I want it stopped.Customer response

We did find issues with our automation e-mail and text messaging services that did not remove customers properly upon request. So customer did continue to receive messaging after indicating he did not want to. We have spoken to our customer management software and found the error. It has been corrected.Customer response
