Coutures Construction just finished a new roof on our 2100 sq foot 2 story colonial and we could not be happier with their service. Their expert team started at 7:30 and the job was fully completed by 4PM same day. Excellent cleanup and even the dumpster was picked up the same day. Highly Recomend Coutures.Review from Rosanne E.

From start to finish this was a very professional job. I needed my roof replaced. I had asked for an estimate. ***** came exactly on time. Most of the other contractors I had gotten estimates from did not bother going up on the roof and looking at it closely to see what we needed.. But ***** went up on the roof to look at everything. I asked him for a couple of estimates and he got back to me right away. And thank goodness he was not like some of the contractors we had that came and seemed like they for salesman with all kinds of gimmicks My husband and I felt like we knew exactly what was going to happen when the roof job started because it was explained to us in full beforehand. So no unexpected surprises. The ******* and staff were very polite. They did a good job protecting my property. They also did a great cleanup.Review from Brenda F.

***** and his team were wonderful to work with. They started when they said they were going to start and worked really hard to finish the work in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house looking better than when they found it. Thank you so much for your service and professionalism. ******* did a great job giving us an estimate and getting our roof scheduled. It was a difficult roof with 6 dormers and sky lights to be replaced but it was done efficiently and quickly. I have never seen a harder working crew. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We contacted ***** to put a roof on. He answered all our questions, had plenty of samples to look at and wanted to make sure I was involved in the process and happy. The work crew was great, their attention to detail and skill was evident. Our property was well cared for and meticulously cleaned each day. I highly recommend Couture's Construction. They were awesome! I have a fairly complicated large roof. They showed up at 7 AM and stayed till 7 PM to complete it, including installation of attic fans, ridge vents, gutter protection, new chimney flashing, etc., all in one day!I had some old shingle bundles from 30 years ago in my basement. One of the young men on the team (************************) saw me carrying these Heavy bundles out to the dumpster, and he volunteered to carry the rest of them out of my basement for me. He was so kind!Before the roof was replaced, my attic fan was broken, and a raccoon had moved into my attic. ***** came over to the house multiple times, during the raccoon eviction process in order to keep the roof water tight while the raccoon carried her babies out of the attic. (If you need to evict a raccoon from your attic, turning the light on in the attic and blasting talk radio during the day when they're sleeping is enough to make the mother raccoon, take her babies to an alternative den.)After the roof was installed, and they were gone, I walked around the house, and the only pieces of trash I found was a couple of nails in the ***** and a small scrap of paper the size of a bubble gum wrapper. They were meticulous.The roof looks great and that is completely watertight. I am absolutely delighted with this outstanding service, and I would highly recommend them to you without reservation.Couture's Construction LLC Response
