Our dealership spoke to **************** and his wife this evening concerning this matter. Unfortunately due to the consumer's credit history, we did not have too many financing options other than the banks that are available for high risk loans. As such, the advances paid to dealers are much less than what the customers borrow. One of these banks initially approved ****************, subsequently then to  deny the loan due to his time on job, which was less than 3 months. ******************** credit reflects 0 satisfactory accounts and 3 currently delinquent accounts. In order to proceed, the loan amounts, including adding a warranty, needed to be added in order to obtain **************** a loan. To which, all was properly documented and signed by ****************, as ******************** own copies reflect this to be true. As to our pricing, all vehicles advertised clearly state a down payment amount of $2995.00, which subsequently appears on the very first photo of the vehicle sold to ****************.  Additionally, our dealer descriptions and our disclaimer state the price reflects a down payment. Also, taxes, registration, plates, fees are additional. In the end, our dealership only made $147.00 conducting this transaction. As to my conversation this evening with ****************, I emphasized him getting a qualified co signer or paying the amount disbursed to us within ********************************************************************************************** the end, we are here to assist **************** and help credit challenged consumers to start making positive credit changes by obtaining hard to get loans for them. **************** has my personal number as well now, where he can contact me when he is ready and able to proceed with us helping him further on getting him a much better loan.

      Sincerely,

      **************** Cruz

This is the situation; The customer notified us that the vehicle was not turning on and the door was not opening and that he was stuck at his job. Two guys from our service department went to his job with a jump pack and tools to be able to open the vehicle since he was saying that the door was not opening to get inside the vehicle. Once our service guys got to the customers job, the customer showed the service guys a different vehicle. The service guys noticed because the vehicle did not have our best price logo, neither the best price auto sales plate frame. After the service guys realized that, the vehicle the customer took them to was not the one that he bought they told the guy and then walked to the correct vehicle on the lot at the customers job. When finally at the correct vehicle the customer gave the key to one of the service guys and the car opened. There were no doors jammed. once the service guy got in the vehicle he started the vehicle with no issues. This vehicle is push to start. The client was surprised at how easy it opened and started for the service department without them doing anything to the vehicle except simply opening it with the key and starting it, like its suppose to. The service guys took the car to the mechanic that same day to see if the vehicle was having issues like our customer was claiming it to have. The mechanic did not find any mechanical issues, except for the headlight on the passengers side that needed a part. That part for the headlight was ordered that same day, and once we got the part we were suppose to call the customer to let him know to install it on the vehicle. The customer was with out a vehicle for the afternoon up until the following day, because the mechanic was waiting for the part to arrive so that he can install it right away as soon as it got there, which is something that the customer agreed upon and was in accordance with.
