      Hello,I paid ******** for a Hague water softener system last April. After the system was installed we noticed my sons skin was still dry. We expected a change and couldnt tell if the system was working. After some time we called back to have it checked. Mr. ******* came out and tested the water they said it was good(it wasnt). They changed a digital panel and left. Same thing still dry skin and after months we never added salt to the Sytem. We knew something was wrong. We called again and over the phone I was told the owner wanted ****** for a water test. What I said this is a new system and we dont even think its working. Finally they send out a new tech who was very nice. I explain to him the situation. He test the water and says its no good we have hard water so apparently the system is not working. He says salt should have been added by now and we explain is not melting and havent added any. Finally he discovers the issue the float is not attached so therefore the softener has not been turning on an apparently never was. Hence the first water test was no good but we were told it was.He told us to keep an eye on it and call back to see if we can have another water test done to confirm its working. Some time past and we needed to add salt so it was working. I called back to confirm another water test I explained my situation and was told Id get a call back. Nothing. I called again and spoke directly to the owners voice mail and still received nothing. I have reached out repeatedly with no response. This is not fair!! We had a system installed and I have a right to know that it is working before they go and tell me its not warrantied anymore. This is not 400 its over *****. We were lied to once. I called the manufacturer myself and they say I have to call the installer. This is not fair!! ***********************

      There was a part that broke to the water softener.  The part has been ordered and we will be replacing ASAP.
