Mr. and *********************************** *********************************************************** January 10, 2022,Mr. Lewis,You began working on our home at the beginning of November on our new addition in ********* and were here for approximately two weeks. While here, a week into it, you appeared to start to rush through our job so you could begin working on other projects locally, which was reflective in your workmanship. Once our lighting was installed, we were able to clearly see some defects in your work. It was evident in the plaster of the walls in my son's room, husband's office, the stairway, and hallway, and to my surprise over both closets in my children's rooms were left un-plastered.My husband and I are both reasonable people. We have tried to reach out to you via phone with messages to discuss you returning to simply correct the identified defective areas but to no avail. This is highly unprofessional and unbusinesslike. I have outlined below all the times we have attempted to contact you to resolve this; however, you have chosen to ignore us both. We paid you both in CASH and by check and you are a criminal!!!!!This letter is our last and formal attempt to resolve this issue amicably and directly with you.
