We contracted Danny For $50,000 project we had to stop the project because the quality of the workmanship on the rubber roof was atrocious. The roof started leaking immediately. He made repeated promises to come back and correct everything and has not shown up. He do not honor He did not his contract ans has not returned our $25,000. Do not use him for anything! He is a man with no integrity or moral character.

While we acknowledge your frustration, you have to understand there are several factors that come into play when it comes to repairing a rubber roof. When we started the repair, it was November and winter was approaching. Eventually we would have to pause the project and continue in the spring/summer once the weather got warmer. When we did come back to continue the project, we could only come on days where the weather was below 80 degrees, which this summer has had more days above this temperature continuously, as it was a much hotter summer than normal. The temperature on a rubber roof feels 30 degrees more than what the outside temperature is, and we cannot have our guys working on a rubber roof in such extreme hot weather conditions. This delayed your project and we do apologize for that. You have been a loyal customer to us in the past and there were never any issues. We always aim to deliver a great experience and I am sorry that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We have been in contact with you this whole time and never once did we say we were never coming back to finish the job. You and Danny spoke on August 7th, 2024 and you were more than happy to continue with the project and then the next day we got a call from our insurance company that you put a claim in and you suddenly changed your mind.
