Hello,I ****** a contract for a year-long commitment to the 6-4-3 ********************** but have only received half of the services and items promised in the contract as the owner folded the team about halfway through the year. I was promised a refund on June 7, 2023 and have not yet received the compensation that is due to me.I ****** the contract on 8/9/2022 and paid $1600 of the $1700 tuition total and, per the contract, should have received the following:One practice uniform, two tournament uniforms, bag, helmet, indoor practices, entry into fall ball league tournament that will run September to October and six to seven tournaments beginning in the spring/summer of 2023.Of the items and services stated above, I NOT received the following:?Practice Uniform- $30 ?Two Tournament Uniforms- $150 o2 Jerseys- $60 o2 Pants- $50 o2 Socks- $20 o2 Belts- $20 ?Bag- $65 ?Helmet- $40 ?Spring/Summer Tournaments: oEMass Panthers (******) May *****st- $575 oEd ***** Memorial Day (**********, **) May *****th- $550 oBattle of Berkshires (**********, **) June *****th- $700 oTraditional All ******** (Yalesville, **) June 30-July 2nd- $495 oSummer Blast (Riverside, **) July *****rd- $500 oBarbara ******** (******, **) Aug 4-6th- $725 Tournaments Total: $3,545 /9 players = $394 per player ***TOTAL REFUND DUE PER PLAYER= $679***(not including any indoor practices missed)*Note: This figure is an estimate, as the owner will not respond to my request for a refund total.I have reached out to the owner, ***********************, on multiple occasions and have had my questions regarding my refund ignored per our last correspondence on 6/8/23.Customer response
