      I've had an awesome experience purchasing my car from Fafama Auto Sales, I have no complaints, the facility was clean, and all the cars were spotless and looked brand new. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Fafama's sales and service department. Thanks again, you guys are great!

      The "Manager" Marcelo is not qualified. I wouldn't be surprised if he is related to the owner in some capacity. He could not provide explanation on how numbers were calculated, he has 0 people skills, extremely rude, and arrogant. He is not even qualified to be a receptionist or a greeter. Because he could not explain how the numbers were calculated, he yelled: "You don't have to buy it from here". He is by far the worst employee I have ever interacted with. He should not be dealing with people. He needs a lot more experience, maturity, and training first. Neve mind managing anything. So, during the first week of February, the business approved me for a financing rate of 21% by sales person, Augusto. I called the store on 2/8 and spoke to a young lady to request a breakdown of the numbers. She said that Augusto was not in but she was going to speak to the Financial Manager, Marcelo. After placing me on hold, she came back to say that she had confirmed with him that my rate was indeed 21%, but could not tell me what my final financed amount was. I decided to stop by at the store later on that same day. I spoke to Marcelo directly to ask for a breakdown because I wanted to understand all of the charges. He said that the numbers were correct, there was no need to verify and yelled that I did not have to buy from them. After much effort he provided me with a breakdown of the finance which stated 18% of interest instead. After a horrible treatment and inaccurate information, I called and asked to speak to the owner, Fabio. The same young lady said he was not available and could not guarantee that he would be aware of what had happened nor that someone would contact me back. The worse customer experience in my life.

First, our team received your credit application on 02/03/2023, and we had the pleasure of your visit on the very next day, 02/04/2023, where *******, our salesperson, disclosed all numbers and details. You also left our dealership with a sales recap sheet containing a breakdown. Here at Fafama, all sales representatives are very well-trained to provide all the assistance needed for everyone, and all of our calls are recorded for quality purposes. When you contacted us over the phone, our representative politely asked if she could place you on hold once more to get the final amount, but you ended the call.When you returned to our dealership, you decided to include your current vehicle as a trade, resulting in different numbers from the bank. These were all disclosed to you like the first time you visited us. We apologize if the numbers did not meet your expectations, but unfortunately, we cannot change lenders' decisions. Negotiation is part of the process, and we understand that it can be stressful; we tried contacting you several times to ensure all your questions were answered. Your approval is still valid, and our doors will always be open for your business. -Fafama Team
