Hi there
Thank you for your prompt response. I would like to see if I am eligible for a refund for the following:
1. The repairs completed on the car on 11/7/23 & 1/9/14. I paid $658.94 & $454.58 for both services. The total cost of both services is $1113.52. I would like to see if I am eligible for a refund on these services.
2. On 1/9/24 as per the request of Pierrot A*******, the car was towed to his preferred mechanic at ********** Services. I paid $75 for the tow fee. I would like to be reimbursed for the tow fee.
3. There was no damage to the car prior to going to ********** Services. ********** **** Services and the tow company have verbally verified this. When I picked the car up from **********, I identified the rubber seal on the drive door frame is ripped. The washer fluid cap is also missing. Please see photos attached for reference. Additionally, I attached a photo of the hood before it went to ***** and it shows the washer cap is in place. The mechanic at ***** denied any knowledge of the vehicle damage. Additionally, he refused to provide any report regarding the services completed on the car. I have contacted Pierrot A**** and asked if he has any knowledge of the car damage and he has not provided a response.
4. Lastly, I would like to ask if the dealership is prepared to purchase back the car for a reasonable amount. Currently 2017 ****** are priced at $11,000. $10,000 - $11,000 is a reasonable purchase amount to purchase the car back.

According to the used vehicle warranty law in the state of ** General Laws Chapter 90 section 7N 1/4 vehicles sold with miles between 40k miles to 79,999 miles come with a 60 days or 2,500 miles limited used vehicle warranty whichever comes first. The defect must arise during the warranty period stated on the warranty form.
I first became aware that our customer ******************************* was having an issue with her vehicle that was purchased on 07/19/2023 (purchase and sales documents attached) when her husband **** called me on 12/19/2023 . That is when I suggested they get another shop to look at it just to be safe and I did not wanted to be taken advantage off. On 01/09/2024 I got multiple calls from ****, ****** and ****'s father as well. After having ***************************** check the vehicle, they confirmed it needed a head gasket. I did suggest having the shop (******************) we use perform a free diagnostic to confrim the issue. The vehicle was towed in with a dead battery. ***** did charge the battery and performed a diagnostic that showed that there was a hose that goes from the radiator to the throttle body leaking. I did order that hose paid for it and they replaced it. Then they were able to continue their diagnostic and did find out that the vehicle is in need of a head gasket. I did relay the message to **** who mentioned that they might be interested in purchasing a 2021 ***** 3 we had in stock and trade in the *****. After I ran some numbers based on the ****************** condition of the ***** I did offer $7000.00 to trade it in and purchase the ***** that was listed for $19,425.00. We did get multiple calls from a gentleman that introduced ******** as ****'s dad who wasn't very pleasant and was threatning to sue us. We did inform him that we will only communicate with the owner of the vehicle ******. The sonic was towed in to ***** and was picked up by the customer after the diagnostic was performed, I did not see the vehicle so I can not comment of the ripped weather stripping. However I did go back to the vehicle listing from June 2023 and looked closely at the pictures. The engine bay picture (attached) does show that the washer fluid cap is missing and ***** did not cause that.
At Milford Auto Mall we value every customer and we take pride of our vehicle. We are a family owned and operated business since 2010. My wife ******* and I take every complaint very serious and we do care about our customers. Offering to help even after the fact that the warranty is expired and willing to work with ****** and *********
Attached you will find the customer signed paperwork dated 07/19/2023. Also you will find an attachment titled " *** receipt" which I printer from ******'s attachements.
The "*** receipt" shows a date of 10/10/2023 while in her statement ****** mentioned that the vehicle was first brought to *** on 11/07/2023. The *** receipt is not detailed or itemized showing what was the is*** and what parts were replaced, it didn't even have taxes charged on parts. Also I find it weird that this attachement has a second page which is titled as "SERVICE INVOICE TEMPLATE".
Milford Auto mall has been maintaining an A+ rating for many years with the Better Business Bureau and always thrive to provide exeptional service.
Best,
Pierrot A*******

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: I am seeking a resolution. I don't see a resolution offered by the Milford Auto Mall in their response. The head gasket needs to be replaced as noted by **************** in his response. Currently the car is undrivable due to the head gasket issue. I have attached an estimate for the repair of the head gasket. I would like to be reimbursed for the repair fee of the head gasket.
Sincerely,
*******************************
