      1) Garage $1920 Prepare, repair priming and paint garage floors walls and ceiling: Have received $920 refund for garage floor peeling. Has returned three times to fix peeling of walls and ceiling. Walls look like a jigsaw puzzle and once one area is fixed others crack. Want garage stripped and repainted to contract specifications.2) Basement $3840 Repair paneling as required: There is a panel with a hole which needs to be replaced 3) Basement $3840 Prepare, priming and paint bulkhead stairs and interiors: Wrong primer and paint were used the bulkhead was showing green mold a few weeks after being completed, and will not wash off. Painting of wall needs to be redone as there are large bubbles in the paint and paint is peeling on cement floor and stairs. 4) Half bathroom remodeling $4116: Leaking faucet was replaced but still leaking. Need to be replaced with different faucet. 5) Painting $5190: Prepare priming and paint 4 bedrooms, guest bathroom and hallways doors and baseboards: Came back to repaint bathroom but there are still noticeable brush marks, paint bubbles which need to be repainted. Baseboards have bubbles and uneven areas. Even used different screws when installing new hinges.6) Master bedroom: Sink faucet stopper can not be closed and stopper itself fell apart, needs to replace faucet 7) Microwave cabinet repair: The door to the microwave electric power supply needed to be repainted and patched. Worker sealed the door so power supply is unavailable creating safety issue. Needs to be put back in original condition so it can be opened.8) Power wash $690: I requested that the power washing be removed from contract but went ahead and did it.. Want cost refunded.Overall workmanship was inferior, response to complaints were not handled in a timely manner.

      I am not sure what other information you need, I attached original contract. I will reach out to you by phone to find out what other info you need. As stated the workmanship was terrible. I continue to find other issues with the work. I want the necessary repairs, faulty product replaced, garage repainted completely, bulk head repainted, basement wall repaired, microwave door unsealed, walls and baseboards repainted, bathroom faucets replaced. Today I attempted to turn off valve to ice maker and it would not shut off.

      I just want start stating that this is the first time I received a complaint though Better business bureau that alone tells the quality what what we do beeing over 20 years in business. Im willing to work with Mr ******* regarding this issues , I did responded to him by text message right after he filled his complaint back in august , never got any response , instead a received a text message today . Regarding the complaint ,I cant understand why the garage walls are not receiving any possible paint treatment I apply , I been back manny times to repair it unsuccessfully,, so I will provide a full refund for the garage project , regarding the basement , bulkhead and floors its all new to me  and I want an opportunity to check it out on site . The faucet was installed twice , brand new units , and still leaking ? Its hard to comprehending, but I will replace it once more . The bathroom was professionally painted twice , and is difficult to me understand why mr ******* still disappointed, brush marks are normal on a small constricted area , I will take a second look if he permits, the sink faucet stop , microwave cabinet issues are new to me , and I would like to see it on site , so far Ive always came back to listen and resolve mr ******* concerns , but I doubt that I ever be able to achieve success on this endeavor, I was referred to him by his neighbor next door he was really happy with all our work and gave us his best complement : a referral 

           Again , I want to work with mr ******* to find the best solutions for everything.

      I am rejecting this response because:I reached out to the owner and gave him a list of issues that he agreed to resolve in his response to the BBB, including the refund for the garage. After email and text messaging he has not responded.The only response to one of my messages requesting he verbal agreement sent on October 6th was received on Saturday October 8th, I am in church and will respond when I get home. I will not accept his response until I get it agreed upon in writing. 
      Also, after responding to the BBB he texted me on Wednesday, October 5th, I want to work with you resolving everything, let me know when your available.

      I am rejecting this response because he has not agreed to do the work needed to remedy the situation. I detailed each issue and how he could resolve it. Once he commits in writing to replace, repair and fix all issues as outlined and performs the work, the complaint will be resolved. I sent him pictures of area that need to be repainted, faucets that need to be replaced, paneling that needs to be replaced etc..He said he would review these issues with me on October 25th, so until that time nothing has been resolved. Also, he did agree to refund of a $1000 for work he did in painting my garage. I asked him to send a check over two weeks ago and no check.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      BBB spoke directly with the consumer, they are seeking repairs to be completed that he states were told they would be completed by the business on June 14th.  He states no one showed up and his texts go unanswered.  He is looking for the outside light to be fixed, paint completed under the smoke alarm on second floor, the installed locking door hardware on the bedroom closet and linen closet to be replaced with door knobs only(no locks), and for the garage to repaired to its original condition (without the peeling and cracking).

      Hello, 

      Thank you for the opportunity answering another complaint from Mr ******* ******* , as you know back in November , I was able to close a complaint case from Mr ******** all his request were properly addressed, and payments were made to him , regarding issues we could not resolve properly due to home moisture 

            Mr ******* had all time and opportunity to indicate all the items to be revisited, I did it all above and beyond my responsibility, he was satisfied as you can se from hes statement to BBB on that occasion.

             Another day we meet at *********** Natick , he he ask me if I could replace the hinges on his front door , saying that we removed one of them and never put it back , for the record we never remove a hinge from his front door and we were never hired to do anything to the front doors except to paint it outside . 

             So to be nice ,and respectful to Mr **************** decided to go there to check on the door , that was Monday May 22th . When I got to the house Mr ******* showed me many other items around the house , revisiting some of that old list from November 22th , for instance as I was there I decided to do it as he requested only to be nice and helpful, i repainted the bulkhead and two windows on the second floor (exterior ) and here I want to say I was never contracted to do any exterior painting except the front door, but I did it anyway 

              This coming Monday Im schedule to go there I will replace his hinges , and a few lock sets of closet doors , I had installed on those new lock sets with locking capabilities, and he does not want them !!!! And I ask you? Who doesnt ? He wants me do install dummy locks in there . I will . I will replace them .

            There is one more item , this exterior door light by the side door , he purchased the light and ask us to install it , we did , hes saying it was not properly installed but it was , I had the opportunity to show him on site ,there is no electrical j box in the wall , and one is required , he knows

               With all being said , I did my part , more than I should , Im working in Framingham since 2007 how many complaints I had ? Maybe one or two ? I feel a victim of Mr ******* and his never ending unfounded requests , I need to put this to bed and I count on you to help me here 

               Ill be there. This Monday for the hinges and lock sets , and I have no plans to ever come back again , his taking vantage of my goodwill and I need to protect myself even if I had to take legal actions . Thank you for your attention.
