            Initial conversation, I had told him-had fixtures for the shower/tub I wanted installed. 3 wks later he came here, walked up the stairs and w/o looking at the shower, looked at what we bought and said you can't use those. Then went and looked at the shower and said I can get you something you will love. He was here for 5 min 10:03-10:08am, and left to go to Home Depot Oxford. I told him I wanted something like I had picked out in Brushed Nickel. He came back 2 hrs later. Upon arrival, he started running up the stairs, I said I want to see what you got. He showed me the shower head. He was supposed to be a professional, I thought it would all match. It does not. The tub spout is gold. After 42 texts, he refuses to give a time stamped receipt from HP. Nothing matches. We think it is spare parts. Not only that, what he did give says $119, but he charged us $315. He refused to give time stamped receipt. This isn't legal. Can I go after his license? If so, how?

            he is AWFUL. IF HE GOES TO HOME DEPOT TO BUY YOUR PART HE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT. WHY YOU ASK, HE IS PROBABLY GETTING FROM HIS TRUCK, FROM ODDS AND ENDS HE HAS AND THEN TELLS YOU IT COST $179 BUT CHARGING YOU $315 BECAUSE HE CAN. IS THAT WHO YOU CALL PRFESSIONAL???? AND THE ATTY GENERALS OFFICE CANNOT FIND HIS LICENSE - EVEN THOUGH HE IS CLAIMING HE HAS ONE.
