      Initial conversation, I had told him-had fixtures for the shower/tub I wanted installed. 3 wks later he came here, walked up the stairs and w/o looking at the shower, looked at what we bought and said you can't use those. Then went and looked at the shower and said I can get you something you will love. He was here for 5 min 10:03-10:08am, and left to go to Home Depot Oxford. I told him I wanted something like I had picked out in Brushed Nickel. He came back 2 hrs later. Upon arrival, he started running up the stairs, I said I want to see what you got. He showed me the shower head. He was supposed to be a professional, I thought it would all match. It does not. The tub spout is gold. After 42 texts, he refuses to give a time stamped receipt from HP. Nothing matches. We think it is spare parts. Not only that, what he did give says $119, but he charged us $315. He refused to give time stamped receipt. This isn't legal. Can I go after his license? If so, how?

      Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2021/10/07) */ So when sue B******* called I was booked out 3 weeks we set a date I was there at the time and at the date I was supposed to be she shows me parts that go to a Moen he says I want these installed I said you cannot install Moen parts on a Simmons valve so I said they sell a Simmons and brushed nickel or chrome she said I would like brushed nickel I said OK I left the couldn't find a full kit With showerhead tub spout and face plate at first supply house so I had to go to a different Supply house when I got back I showed her the the kit brushed nickel I installed it she looked at it she paid me I left she calls me back 20 minutes later and says her trip lever for the tub drain was not working I said I did not touch that if you'd like I can come back and fix it but I have to charge you she said well I was working before you became I said I don't know what to tell you I didn't touch it she had four plumbers there prior to me and said all of them were no good and I should've knew right then and there that she would've was a person that was never happy or trying to get something for free so after that she text me and said that I sucked just like the other four plumbers that she had prior she asked me if I opened the box to see it I said no can't do that they only sell one brush nickel and brush nickel brushed nickel you're going to get two different colors because plastic has a different finish than metal it's not gonna be the same finish basically when I called back they didn't answer so I left a message saying I will buy a new kit come back and show you that this is how it comes and she never responded and I also took 1/2 hr off the bill Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2021/10/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First of all, he NEVER CALLED BACK, HE IS LYING- WE HAVE ALL THE CALLS AND RECORDINGS ON BOTH OUR HOME/CELL PHONE, NO CALL. 2ND- HE IS TELLING YOU HE BOUGHT A KIT. THE BOX HE HAD UNDER HIS ARM IS NOT THE BOX HE KEEPS TALKING ABOUT AND HE ONLY SHOWED ME THE SHOWERHEAD, NOT A KIT. THE BOX DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM FOR THE SHOWERHEAD, IT WAS UNDER HIS ARM. 3RD- WE PAY A FORTUNE FOR OUR STUFF, WE ARE NOT CHEAP PEOPLE. HE CAME AND SAW OUR HOME AND MARKED UP THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. 4TH- I NEVER EVER SAID 4 PEOPLE CAME OUT- WHAT I SAID WAS I USE BBB FOR VENDORS, AND GOT 2 PEOPLE TO REPSPOND INTIALLY, BUT NO FOLLOW UP. HE SAID HE HAS NO USE FOR BBB- THAT YOU KEEP TRYING TO GET HIM TO JOIN, BUT HE CANNOT BE BOTHERED WITH YOU. WE HAVE ALL THE RESPONSES- ASK ME FOR THEM AND I WILL PROVIDE, BUT NOT HERE AS MY HUSBANDS # WILL SHOW UP. HE STILL REFUSED TO SHOW TIME STAMPED RECEIPTS. WHEN HE INSTALLED IT, EVEN IF HE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT OPEN THE BOX TO MAKE SURE IT WAS WHAT I WANTED, HAVING SHOWED HIM THE ONE I PURCHASED AND THE ONE IN OUR OTHER SHOWER-HE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED ON THE INSTALL IT WAS DIFFERENT COLORS. WHAT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLS DIFFERENT COLORS AND THEN SAYS 'OH THIS CUSTOMER, WHOM I NEVER MET IS NEVER HAPPY?? HE IS STATING HE TOOK OFF 1/2 HR OFF THE BILL, THAT IS BECAUSE HE WAS INDEED TOO STUPID TO GO TO A PLUMBING SUPPLY STORE DOWN THE STREET. 5TH- WE DID GO TO THE STORE- HOME DEPOT, AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT WHAT IS IN OUR SHOWER. 6TH- SHOW ME THE TIME STAMPED RECIEPTS- 7TH- YOU SHOWED ME A RECEIPT FOR A SEPERATE SHOWER HEAD/NO TIME STAMP, AND THE BOX YOU CLAIM TO HAVE PURCHASED CAME WITH A SHOWER HEAD--YOU NOT ONLY CHARGED US $315 FOR THE BOX, BUT YOU TOOK THE SHOWERHEAD THAT COMES WITH IT AND CHARGED ME FOR THE SECOND ONE. YOU CHARGED $136.00 MORE THAN THE PRODUCT COST- PLUS ANOTHER SHOWERHEAD. HAD YOU ACTUALLY BOUGHT THAT PRODUCT, YOU STOLE THE SHOWERHEAD. YOU MARKED IT UP BECAUSE YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD OVERCHARGE US AND WE WOULDNT CARE. HAD HE GOTTEN WHAT WE WANTED, I WOULD HAVE NOT HAD TO DO THIS OR GO TO THE ATTY GENERAL AS WELL, AS BBB HAD REFERRED ME TO. ALSO, THEY CANNOT FIND HIS LICENSE NUMBER, NOT SURE HE IS EVEN A REGISTERED PLUMBER. I WILL BE WILLING TO DROP THIS IF HE GIVES US BACK OUR MONEY AND I WILL GIVE HIM THE PRODUCT. OTHERWISE, I DID NOT SPEND $575.00 FOR SOMETHING I HATE, AND HAVE TO REHIRE SOMEONE ELSE.
