Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states if there is something defective about the item you received, they will provide you a replacement and reimburse your shipping/insurance charges to send the product back to us. You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges to return any item(s) that you decide you either don’t like or wish to exchange for another style. They are happy to provide you a refund, for any goods returned in “as new” condition up to 15 days after you have received your order. After the 15 days they can afford you a store credit towards other items we offer on this website, or our other websites: www.khalsakirpans.com or www.lifeknives.com. If they are doing any custom modifications on the piece you have ordered prior to sending it out to you - no returns will be allowed on this item.  A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit on any items returned/exchanged after 15 days. Thank you.
