The disconcerting fact here is that the project was installed on April 15 - ahead of when these crucial documents were submitted and before the Building Permit was issued.Even more disturbing shows ************************ discussing the future construction of the project, implying compliance with all the relevant rules and regulations. This seems to be a direct contradiction of the reality that he had already commenced construction prior to obtaining the necessary permit.************************ violated all norms of professionalism.
