On Tuesday, October 3, Valley disposal, who I have contracted with to dispose of my trash, spilled paint onto the pavement in my development. The paint splotches are located exactly where my barrels are and where my neighbors barrels are as they use the same trash company. The white paint is trickles through the entire development which comprises of two streets and 25 homes. I have called the company repeatedly to ask them to clean up the mess to which I have been put off, phone calls are not returned, or answered, I even went on their social media and sent them a message and I have received no response to the three attempts to reach them that way. I was told that a manager would call me back and I never received a call. I was told that the driver would take photos and have it resolved as of yesterday, that did not happen , I contacted the developer of all the homes since they still own the road and they are trying to assist me. I also contacted the ***** of ****** and the ********** ** ***** ****** and although they are shocked and would love to help they cannot because they do not on the road yet , I am at a complete loss. This is a mess to our very nice development and neighbors are aggravated. What can I do to get this company to come out with a power washer and clean up all of the white paint that runs up and down in ************ and **************** in ********, *************. I have attached photos, but I have video that shows the paint trickling throughout the entire neighborhood on both streets.Business response

On Tuesday October 3rd, we received a call from ******************** stating that one of our trucks had spilled white paint all down her street (************ and ****************). She had noted that there was construction near her house at the time her trash was picked up. Our company has a strict policy about paint cans during pick-ups. "All paint cans must be dry and empty for them to be disposed of." ******************** told one of our office workers that she had not put the paint into her trash for it to be disposed of. We do not know how the paint had ended up in our truck since our drivers know the policy about our paint cans. We assume that the paint had come from the construction workers that had been working near her house. When ******************** called our office to report the splotches, she refused to send us pictures of the aftermath so we could properly analyze them to figure out the best course of action. After she had called the office to report the paint splotches to us, we called and hired pressure-washing professionals to clean up the paint that was splotched all down the street. We didn't receive another call from ******************** after that. It did take us a few days to figure out what course of action to take and what company would be best, but after we figured out how to help, our office did call ******************** to inform her of our plans. We have not heard from her regarding this topic since.
