      I paid ***** in full for laser hair removal. I went in twice and had a great experience. I was also told that I would be able to receive touch *** anytime free of charge with my purchase. I got pregnant and called to let them know I would pause and come back once my baby was born. After my baby was born I called multiple times with no answer. I have emailed with no answer. Unfortunately it is not in my budget to pay for another laser hair removal package. So I am out ***** with no explanation or response.

      I had purchase a package for laser hair removal services for a total of 10 sessions for a total of $2,280, which was paid in two separate transactions. About a year into my appointments they had mold issues In the building so they closed temporarily while the problem was taking care of. Unfortunately they never reopened and left without letting the customers know what was going to happen to those who never finished the procedure. I was about 7 appointments in and was left missing some. I do understand that things happen but its very unprofessional and irresponsible of them to vanish and not tell customers or not even to offer a refund to go elsewhere to finish the service. I have tried calling, emailing the location even exchanged text with the so called manager but nothing has been resolved or no response from her.

      This business appears to be ghosting their customers by not responding. I had an appointment scheduled for last Saturday 1/8 that I needed to reschedule due to a conflict. I called over one week prior to the appt to reschedule, but the phones are apparently out of order. I have emailed more than once with no response and even tried reaching out to the owner on her call phone. No response from any mode of communication. Luckily I had finished my treatments awhile back, but am supposed to received two free touch-*** per year which is what I have been doing and what my recent appt. was for. As this was explicitly stated in a contract, I am considering this money owed due to false promises made. I need someone from the business to please at least contact me so I know whats going on. I have even tried looking up the RNs and other staff on LinkedIn and other social media sites with zero luck. Has the company just taken everyones money and run? I need answers.

      I purchased several laser hair removal packages from Bare Laser Hair Removal (***********, *********) - none of the services are complete, yet paid up front for all (as per the contract). Appointments are spaced out quite a bit so it takes quite some time for services to be completed. My last two appointments were cancelled due to mold in the building (per their email) and the last one I have no idea what happened. Phones, ************* messages are not returned. I do not believe they are currently in the same building. No way to get a hold of the owner. Tried to be patient since at first I thought they were having a hard time due to pandemic. But now, it seems they have just disappeared without word to any customers. I paid upwards of $6K for my services and none are complete. Not sure what recourse I have.

      I bought a 10-session laser removal treatment package. I had half of them, and then they cancelled due to mold in the building. We finally scheduled an appointment when it opened up, but they cancelled it. They can't be reached by phone, and they aren't responding to emails.

      Bare Laser has completed stopped all contact. They have cancelled numerous times and I have remaining services that were pre-paid.

      I purchased services from Bare Hair laser removal and they were great at first, but then all of sudden vanished. Their building is closed, their phone is shut off and no one responds to emails. My last email I received from them was 6/2/21 stating they would be in touch about rescheduling my appointment very soon. I have sent numerous emails since and havent heard a peep. How can I get a response from them and finish my service with them that I pre-paid for?

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. How can we get them to respond. It's like they vanished, took everyone's money and ran! I don't know what to do.

      I have been receiving treatments at Bare Laser for the last several years. They are ongoing treatments which are paid up front. Bare Laser cancelled my last two appointments in March 2020 and May 2020. In May, they cited the reason for cancelling was due to mold found in the building where they operate. They stated they would be in touch to reschedule when the issue was resolved. They have not contacted me to reschedule and I have been calling their phones and emailing. Their phones have all been disabled. No one responds to the email. I am due a refund for the services that I pre-paid for and there is no way to contact them to initiate this refund.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have attempted to contact them by phone, email, and text. However, their phones have all been disabled and no one has replied to the email. I will try sending them a letter by mail. Only Bare Laser knows for sure how much money is remaining on my prepaid services because they do not provide receipts for services rendered for each visit. They simply keep track in their records of the number of sessions you have had which are paid for in cash upfront. I do regret trusting them to handle my money professionally. I was a client of theirs for over 4 years and I am very surprised that they are handling this so poorly. They have not provided the services they have been paid for; therefore, the funds should be readily available to return to the rightful owner if they are no longer offering the services clients have paid for.

      I paid for a 10-visit inclusive package in February of 2021. I received laser hair removal treatment on:-February 23, 2021 -April 20, 2021 -July 29, 2021 (re-scheduled, due to mold in the building)I had an appointment scheduled on September 23, 2021. That morning, I received a text message notifying me they would have to reschedule and to email them my availability. Since that day, the following attempts have been made to contact Bare Laser Hair Removal with no success. All attempts have been documented.-Email: Correspondence: un-answered (Fri, Sep 24, 2021 at 6:40 AM & Mon, Oct 11, 2021 at 8:40 PM)-Phone Call: multiple attempts -Business Phone: ************** will no longer connect/ Owners contact ************* no answer (and will not respond to texts)-Website: www.barelaserhair.com (Website was down prior to 10/20/2021(previously worked), 10/21/21 present: prompts a security warning)-Social Media - Multiple posts from other customers who have similar experiences -Brick and Mortar location: Door locked/mail piled up outside

      I was getting laser hair removal in this center only got 2 session but paid the complete package over $1000. Now whenever I call nobody answers I have also wrote them several emails and have even went to the business itself and its completely closed down. Im supposed to get a total of 12 sessions and have only received 2 and I cant get in touch and when I look at their social media and online multiple people are claiming its a scam Im not sure what to do or how to go about this since it has never happened I would appreciate any help thank you !! I have receipts of my payment when needed.
