Called before December 1, 2023, to cancel my husband's health plan and to keep mine. I advised ********************** that my husband was starting ******** on December 1, 2023, due to his age. Triple S did not cancel and continued to bill. I also asked how much it cost for myself alone, the Triple S employee would not provide the amount. I have called 5 additional times and had an employee email Triple S to cancel my husband's health plan. On January 30, 2024, I received an email from Triple S for the first time stating specific instructions on cancelation that are not on their website. It is illegal for them to engage in such misconduct & make it impossible to cancel particularly when an individual is already on ********. Triple S has not bothered to provide a supplemental package to ********. Instead they continue to charge for my husband's plan for the months of December 2023 and January 2024 and advise that we are not *********** a refund.
