I called this company on May 10,2023 at 3:24 pm about a payment of $188.95 being sent in error on may 01,2023 not knowing that my policy # AD20012790 had ended and my life insurance was ended in April 2023. At the may 10th call I was Informed my check would be RETURNED in7 to 10 days. It's now June 04,2023 and still have Not received my check back that they Cashed for a Policy that was NO longer in effect. The phone number I called was ************. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND NOW I SHOULD GET INTEREST. They have been using MY MONEY and have Not only Lied about the 7 to 10 day return iv heard NOTHING FROM THEM EXCEPT SILENCE. I trusted them 15 years ago by buying this Policy and Now I wouldn't Recommend them for dog insurance. DISGUSTEDCustomer response

The confirmation #came from your office #************. This is for your returning of a may 01,2023 payment you cashed on the 10th. Never should have cashed KNOWING you had discontinued that life insurance policy #AD20012790. You had sold to ING but you have been contact. I called you on May 10,2023 at 3:24 pm at your #**************. I was ASSURED MY MONEY WOULD BE RETURN BY CHEC IN 7 TO 10 DAYS. HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED what you had NO BUSINESS CASHING KNOWING THE ACCOUNT WAS ENDED. WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.Customer response

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. They FINALLY after Holding my Money for a Month sent a check. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.If they can make money by WITHHOLDING a check they KNEW they had No rights to THE LEAST THEY COULD DO WAS ADD SOME INTEREST.
