I have contacted this business multiple times to cancel my tanning membership. It has been years since using it and I have attempted to stop charges on my banking with no success. When reaching out to the business via ******** on January 25, 2022, in which they replied on February 15, 2022 and I was told to email the business explaining I would like to cancel and they would help me no problem. I have since emailed the company on February 15 and March 14 requesting cancellation and asking why I have not heard back yet. I am being charged ***** every month for a membership I can not use, nor do I want to. I want this cancelled and I have also reached out again via ******** on March 17 and did not hear back although it says they have seen the message.Customer response

This company has been taking money out of my account after two years of going online and telling them to stop also signing a form at my bank in 2019. This past month they made a new source ID my bank told me and continued to fraudulently take $38 monthly from my account which my bank is stopping and disputing . I want this company to stop taking money from my account and making up different IDs to take money out of accounts!Customer response
