Date of transaction: 6/10/2023 Amount Paid: $224 ($24 purchase, $200 tip).Issue: I was at the Cisco Brewers location in the Seaport, ******, and purchased two drinks from their bar. They use a toast tab screen for payment, and when trying to enter the tip, I accidentally tipped $200 instead of $2.00. I immediately informed the bartender, who gave me a small card to fill out with my name, last 4 digits of card number, and refund amount ($200, just the tip amount). Evidently this was a standard process for them to do, as they had the pre-printed cards for this purpose. I returned the filled out card to him and was told it would be processed. A week later, when I still hadn't received a refund, I submitted a claim to my credit card company and also sent an email through Cisco's website inquiring about the refund. I never received a response. Recently, my credit card company informed me that Cisco was disputing the claim. I called Cisco and asked for a point of contact, and was given an email address. I emailed them and explained my situation, and still have not heard back days later, despite a follow-up email and an attempt to call back and emphasize that I had reached out. What should have been a straight forward refund has turned into a very frustrating situation and I am disappointed with the lack of response from Cisco. I am only seeking a refund of the incorrect tip.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have yet to hear anything in response from them and have not received a refund.
