  I had an issue on my garage door. left side of the garage door touched the track while the garage door was moving.I received a repair service from Natick Pro Garage Doors on 12/8/2022. I paid $2,769 to a contractor, *****************. The contractor changed 4 springs and charged $2,300 (4 x $575).The garage door became out of order next day (12/9). wheels fell off the tract. I contacted ****** and he came to fix the garage door (12/12).On next day (12/13), the garage door became out of order again. The garage door became worse and even dangerous after fixing. wheels fell off the track.After ******'s 2nd visit, he refused to fix the garage door. He said that his office will send a technician to fix the garage door. From Tuesday (12/13) through Friday (12/16), I called to ****** and his colleague multiple times. His colleague break his promises two times without any prior notices during that week. I always called to them and ask why you did not come.****** and his colleague visited at 4:30PM on Saturday and did not fix the garage door and just left. His colleague said he will com to fix on Monday and failed to show up (12/19). ****** said that he will come to fix on Tuesday and failed to show up (12/20).I called to Natick Pro Garage Doors and talked to ***** (12/22). I asked to fix my garage door. He said that he will try to fix my problem and get back to me shortly. I did not receive any responses on that day.I called ***** again in the morning (12/23). He said he will provide new door installation with additional $1,500 charge instead of fixing the garage door, so I asked a quote for the new door installation. I received his email at 2:00PM. In his email, there is no quote. He just wrote one sentence without cost. I called ***** and asked a quote but he replied 'what do you want? Estimation?' I lost my trust on their business totally. Therefore, I asked full refund to *****. Then, he hung up the call and the conversation ended.I want full refund.

  Hello BBB, I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint after I submitted to BBB on 12/23/2022. Of cause, the matter is NOT resolved. What options would I have if Natick Garage Doors does not respond?
