On December 8, 2023, my family and I attended the Gingerbread Making event at the Greenhouse at Lookout Farm. I paid separately prior to attendance in order to attend the event and be given the gingerbread supplies. At the event, there was an option to purchase food and drink. To purchase food you had to log into a site on your phone, order the food, and pay in advance. After over an hour, our food never came. During that time, waitstaff came over twice and asked if we had recieved our food to which we told them we did not. Their reply was that they would "check on it". We never heard back from other of those staff. Eventually after waiting way too long, I found one of ************ who had asked and let them know that we never recieved our food, we didn't want it, and we wanted our money back. She told us, absolutely, no problem, found someone else who was in charge of that and let them know as well. This person also told us, no problem, we'd get a refund very shortly. It has now been a month, no refund has been recieved and I have emailed them twice to find out what is going on. I know it is not a lot of money, but at this point I am angry that we paid for something we never recieved and they have ignored us. That is not ok.Business response

I received your complaint #******** filed on January 4th by **************************** I have been in direct communication with ****************, and as you will see from the email exchange below, she was never charged. Her order was voided in the same day that the order was placed, so a charge never appeared on her credit card statement. If you want a copy of the bill showing that it was voided, please let me know. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm that you will note the complaint resolved.
