So on Saturday 08/13/2022 at 8:30 I asked the associate what was their return policy before making the purchase, and she said I have 7 days. Never said anything about being an exchange only or a store credit only. So on Sunday 08/14/2022 I went back to make the a return. And thats when out nowhere she explained that she can not do a return. Thats an exchange only policy, and thats when I told her thats why I asked you the day before what was the return yesterday if that was the case I would of never purchase it. And I asked if a manager or owner was working. She said she will be working on Monday. So I waited so I can see if I can call her. Monday came up and I called and apparently she wasnt working. The girl on the phone did not speak a word of English. And asked when the manager was working and she said Tuesday. Which is today. On 08/16/2022 I called and explained the dilemma that I was having. Her name is **** owner **** has explained to me that they dont give money back but is willing to do an exchange because that is their return policy that is not a return policy its an exchange policy.. and I asked her if she could just compromise with me, and she said she does not want to cause she doesnt have too so I went to the store to try to talk to her and she started giving me an attitude saying oh I tried calling you back and said I dont want to give you money back for ***** Im not dealing with this and then she said what do you want me to do? Take out money from the register and give it to you? As a owner thats totally unacceptable. And nowhere in the store does it say that its an exchange only store. I even asked her if she can compromise with me and she said that she doesnt desire to work with me at all. I even have a witness just incase cause I felt like I had at least somewhat entitlement to my money. $50 might not be a lot for her but it is for me. And its the purpose that she decided to not work with me.
