I have been a client of ********** for many years. In February my heat compressor stopped working and I was able to use the heat with Emergency Heat which is very expensive. ********** spoke to me by phone and tried to instruct me what to do to get it running but he felt it was from the flash frost which froze the unit. He said we would need to replace the motor and would order the parts for a payment of $959.44 for which I gave him a check on February 1st which was cashed.I contacted him on February 21st and asked if the motor arrived and he said a couple of days and likely they could come the following week to do the job.On the 27th I contacted him again and he said hopefully the following week or next but he would let me know right away when he knows.On March 8th I contacted him again and he said he was in the hospital. On April 8 I contacted him again and said the heat was now working and I hope he was better and out of the hospital I never heard back. I left 2 or 3 phone messages and no response. I also tried contacting 2 men who had come with him for work to help (one was his brother) and no response.
