You do not enforce your own TOS. Numerous complaints, with proof, have been made in kingdom ****. Sharing logs( keep sharing) use of alts, farming bits etc. Yet you do nothing. Ideally I want every cent I have spent trying to stay competitive in a game platform that allows blatant cheating. Id settle for the issue being adressed, the cheaters removed and banned. *** spent thousands of dollars in the injustice 2 mobile app, I used the offerwall from tapjoy and have not received any awards. Tapjoy is stating that the problem is on WB games end but they are not responding. I submitted a claim and got no response. This is a scam and Im owed my rewards.Customer response

I purchased a game there was a code inside to be entered for a free season pass to said game. The expiration date of the code is 06/28/2023. The code regrettably does not work. I first contacted PlayStation and they informed me that I had to take it up with ** games since they are the manufacturer. I contacted ** games and they refused to even address the problem other than to put the blame on someone else. Only thing I am looking for is a new code that will work or a refund if I purchase the season pass. They will not help at all.Initial Complaint

I need help restoring my GOTC account in k828, player name Ghost Fart I have been without access for 3 days now and counting without help except for unhelpful suggestions that never properly diagnosed my issue. I am appalled WB doesn't care about a 3 year high paying customer and US Army infantry veteran who almost lost my life serving to keep America free. WB should be ashamed for the lack of service, apologize, and compensate me. I have missed out on numerous events like crafting contest, hero contest, daily awards, November event creature hunting, that all award valuable things. Regards, Gregory EricksonCustomer response

WB Games fixed the access issue I had to my game account. However, I am totally unsatisfied with WB Games' response and want my complaint part of the permanent BBB record. The access issue I had took only minutes to fix yet it took WB Games tech support 6 days to fix it. I was told by a tech support rep they were short of staff. I told WB I will accept adequate compensation of 2 million gold in game but was denied. WB Games offered me no useful compensation for being locked out of my account for 6 days during which time there were many rewards in game and contest prizes I was unable to get during those 6 days, besides which I was unable to help my team and enjoy the game. During the 3 years I have played Game of Thrones Conquest and spent a great deal of money with WB Games, WB Games has consistently not adequately engineered the game to work properly nor employed enough competent tech support reps to take care of customer issues. WB ****************** advertises its games as free to play but this is very misleading. The only way a player can become a strong player is by spending money, a lot of money. Competitive accounts often cost $100,000 dollars or more to build over 3 years. I don't know my total cost but I estimate it to be 70-100k.
WB Games doesn't care what the BBB thinks either since it doesn't even give you the favor of a basic reply. My recommendation is no one should get involved in a WB Game at this point.

Dear BBB and WB:
The service I received from WB has been totally unacceptable. The fix to regain access to my account only took minutes yet it took 6 days for WB tech support to render aid and the ******* gold in game I was given is far too little to compensate me considering the following factors: I was unable to play with my team and participate in many events and daily tasks which award valuable prizes and resources. I have been a high paying customer for 3 years in Game of Thrones Conquest. I am a 61 year old business veteran and Army infantry veteran who has not seen such poor service in my lifetime without adequate compensation. I am in contact with many people who are experiencing the same lack of service.
WB has a leadership and service problem in tech support. The inadequate response reveals no understanding of and responsibility for poor service. We will continue to submit complaints.

I have paid this company tens of thousands of dollars, the game does not work and the developers treat you like trash. the compensation for their glitches are minimal, worth less than a cent on the dollar you spend. they expect you to spend north of *****k in a video game to keep up and the game does not even work. recently they have been messing up compensations a lot for their own glitches, they messed up recently by giving 5% of players a gift worth around 500-600$ but the other 95% got a gift worth maybe 5 bucks. its absurd to me that a game so expensive treats their customers like trash. I want them to fix this game and treat customers with respect, because right now I feel like this company is hot garbage.
