On November 29th 2021 I ordered a sweatshirt online (order # ********) and my Credit Card was charged $40. After the initial response confirming that they received my order I heard nothing. I emailed requesting the status of my order on December 24th and then again Jan 6th and received no response. On January 7th I called and was told that the orders were in and that all deliveries would be done by the end of the weekend. There was no delivery or call. I called again a week later and the woman who answered seemed surprised that I hadn't received my order. She then proclaimed that I would have it "by Friday". Shockingly the order did not arrive, nor was I contacted. Since the last broken promise I have called and they have not picked up, nor have they responded to any of the messages I have left. The last message I left requested a refund and as has been par for the course I have not received a response. This has been the singular worst customer service experience I have ever been associated with. I have attached the Order Confirmation and email exchanges. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
