              After a hearing test Hearing Specialists New England recommended high-end and expensive hearing aids. I did some research, talked with my insurer and decided to order the hearing aids. Never heard from Hearing Specialists after I called in the request to order the hearing aids. I called repeatedly to ask next steps. Called my insurer who just referred me back to Nationshearing who manages the benefit. Nationshearing referred me back to Hearing Specialists. I understand I need to pay a copay but I have not received a bill or any information on how to make the copay. Hearing Specialists does to answer the phone and often their voicemail is full. I even had my insurer call them for me today and the voicemail was full again. I also requested a copy of my hearing test so I could provide it to my primary - I not received the results or anything else from Hearing Specialists.
