The services was wonderful could not ask for a better medical staff. But the front office on the other had is total different. Even the owner had stated the finance mgr would get back to me because she was not in the office, about the difference in what i was being charged than what was quoted to me(189.00) the day of the procedure . I was charged ****** and my insurance had sent me an estimate of what i would owe and it was ****** so the 189 made since since. 12/06/23 i was charged ****** and I've called and left several messages and no response from anyone . Again I'm very happy with the outcome of the medical staff . But disappointed in being over charged and being ignored by the office staff ..Customer response

Hi, good afternoon. This is ****** calling from South Coast Andoni. The complaint number is ********. This is a patient of ours and we number 1, we did call him back. Number 2, we have to go through the billing process. This patient actually has 2 insurances. So we had to get we got a denial from the first insurance and then we had to resubmit the the claim to the secondary insurance. So we give the patient an estimate of how much we think they will owe at the end of the appointment. And if that is different than what the insurance actually pays, then we refund them the difference. So we We plan on as soon as we get this payment from the secondary insurance, we will refund the patient, the the remaining payment if there is any. Okay, my number here is ************. This claim was filed in November as well as December .I have upload the documents and the amount that the insurance is responsibility for and my costs To not call someone back irresponsible and neglectful. As you see they also took forever to respond to the BBB complaint. They have neglect to respond to the client on several occasions. This matter has been forwarded to the attorney ************** as well ..
