            I ordered window replacements with Precision last year (2021) and I was pleased with the results. I was especially pleased with the installers. They went above and beyond to ensure they did everything to be sure I was satisfied. However, toward the latter part of 2021 I brought a screen there to have the screen replaced. Unfortunately while *** was doing this the frame of the screen was damaged. *** told me not to worry about it, he would replace it for me. I kept going by the store to pick up my screen and there was one reason after another for it not being available. The last time I went was the end of May and was promised that I would have it by summer. It is now July 6th, 2022 and I still do not have the screen. I am constantly being told that he will call and so far nothing!!I I am hoping that the BBB can help me get my screen back
