Went to this Hospital for our daughters birth and it was one of the worst experiences of our life's. Nurses were awful, most were traveling nurses which I'm sure was due to short staff from bad pay. Went to work the next day so I could take my time off when she was back home and needed help thinking my wife, a first time mom, was in good hands. Hospital wouldn't let anyone up until after 10, my wife was unable to get out of bed due to a complication with her C-section. First night a nurse tries to get her out of bed, my wife was in tears from the pain. The nurse's response was to rudely ask "why are you crying". Next morning I leave for work, my daughter starts crying and needed to be changed and fed. My wife can't get out of bed and reach her so she calls for help. Multiple calls and over an hour later some one finally comes in and gives her an attitude for what she needed. It got to the point of lack of care where one of ** had to help her to the bath to give her a sponge bath due to them putting it off every time we asked. This is just a small amount of what happened. I am filing a complaint with the state as this Hospital seems to care more about making a profit then their patience's. If anyone else wants to make a complaint I you can too here *******************************************************************************. Maybe if enough of ** complain they'll be forced to actually fix the issues they have.
