      On August 23, 2023 a agreement was written and a deposit of $500.00 was given to REX Monumental Works, **** for a grave stone monument .with two vases mounted on the corners. The total price is $3500.00 for the monument, lettering, delivery to St. Patricks Cemetery, and set on the foundation, As of today we have contacted *** many times and have been given many excuses evey time about why this has not been completed. The last time we spoke with them about a month ago they told us the stone monument is complete and in their shop waiting for to be installed and it would be done in two weeks, Still has not been done.

      I am representing my mother in law ***************************** who is elderly and purchased this order From ************************************************************ on 6/9/2022.A request after her mother died, for lettering on the tombstone which included her mothers name(*****************************) and date of death to the 2 person plot where her father was already laid to rest HAS been completed. However on the same date of the order there were to be 2 engraved angels and 2 flower pots( one on either side of the tombstone) to also be done. Which has not at all. After multiple phone calls, and Excuses to the point of one being " it's just been too hot outside", our family has had enough. We try to go down to the shop during business hours, and no one if there, doors locked. We keep getting excuses as to why the plot has not been completed. We will file a complaint with the AG's office if the BBB cannot get this resolved. I myself (*********************) have tried calling there business 3 times over the last 2 weeks ( during business hours) and no one answers. I'm not leaving any messages, and my mother in law (*****************************) has left many already. It's now September 11th, 2022 and I have recent pictures of the plot proving the additional work that was FULLY PAID IN FULL FOR, has NOT been completed. We visit Gram, and ***** at the cemetery, and it's completely awful knowing we've paid in full for an order that's been a quarter fulfilled. Their wishes were to be having the above items stated on THEIR tombstone together. At this point, I'm confident in saying This is taking advantage of the elderly. Please someone help our situation. We're a family in mourning and just want our loved ones PROPERLY laid to rest as they wished.

      I Do Not feel comfortable closing this case until this job is fully completed.  We do appreciate the owners hand written letter, but the job that was paid for in full to **********, needs to be completed before this case is closed.  Thank You
