SOUTHCOAST MOVING ********************************************* MANAGEMENT moved my belongings highly around June 13th 2024. During the process of moving my belongings all of my shoes were packed except two which were in the same location of all other shoes packed as well as a nice ****** over the shoulder f**** pack which was also missing despite them packing everything else in its vacuity. I reached out to the business and they never returned my calls. Furthermore I see on Yelp and other sites that other people have had their belongings stolen during their services. I included a picture of the shoes that are missing. I want a refund or my shoes and f**** pack replaced. I work too hard to have someone feel Entitled to steal my belongings.

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I would like for the business to be accountable for the actions of their staff and the theft of my personal belongings.

I was evicted from ********************************************************************. at no fault of my own, on 2-27-24. The Apartment management hired Southcoast Moving and Storage *** to pack up all our property and stored it in a warehouse in Andover ma.. Charged us 350 dollars per month for storage. March and April, total 700 dollars. My father and brother picked up my property from their storage facility in ********** on Friday 4-26-24. All of my property was damaged. Bed, sofa, side tables, lamps were all badly damaged to the point of un usable. All my clothes were soaked with water and molded.

My boyfriend and I had our belongings moved into a storage space with this company and for the last six months, we have been trying to get our stuff out of storage space and no one has returned our phone calls! Our belongings include a leather couch set, a computer and desk, a cable box that needs to be returned to the company, kitchenware, dressers and clothing. How could storage company neglect to return our phone calls and just keep all of our property? How can we get our stuff returned? What kind of recourse do we have? Do we need to take this company to court?

On 10/31 the Bristol County Constable contacted regarding an eviction notice. I was informed as the property owner that I would have to hire *********** Moving and Storage to complete the eviction process. The constable and the owner both indicated that the fee for the service would be dependent on the amount of materials moved. They each provided estimates based on moving an entire home based on the number of bedrooms. On 11/09 they executed the move and I received a copy of the items removed from the premises. The items included 2 mattress/box springs, 1 box of kitchen items and a couple of boxes of clothes. In total, it took about 10 minutes to remove the items. I contacted the company, requested a receipt, and itemized list of services. The representative indicated that the owner would have to contact me with that information.I have incluided a copy of the inventory for reference.

On October 7th, **** this company showed up to pack and move my belongs. I wasn't there while they did this. They broke several things, scratched brand new TV and kitchen table. I also have a lot of things missing. When they got to my storage to drop the stuff off, I witnessed them dropping boxes and kicking them to the side. This is on camera at the business. I came out of a Domestic Violence shelter with nothing and just started getting things and they took a bunch of my stuff. Along with a lot of my food that I just had went food shopping. I've tried to contact this company several times regarding this and I get no where.

My family was evicted from our apartment on May 11 of 2022 and had to put our belongings in storage with South Coast. They neglected to tell us that they would only hold my property for 6 months however ******, the manager held it till yesterday. The cost was $275, but ****** said as long as I paid it was ok. In July, she told me that I had to get a new unit which I did and did not have to pay for July due to being homeless in a motel. She would even bring a team to transfer my stuff to my new unit and take inventory with me. When my stuff arrived it was damaged and things were broken. I inspected everything and found out that half of my property is missing. I contacted South coast all afternoon yesterday and nobody seems to want to return the call until the owner ***** today decides he wants to call and state he doesn't have my property. His place is the only place my stuff was held! He now refuses to even help find my property or take responsibility for the loss of items. These are sentimental items of my late grandmother, my ***************************** coat, my pots and pans, my dishes ,air conditioner and other items. I want the return of my property to me at a location that I will provide to ***** should he return my property. If he refuses then I would require a check for the property in the amount of $750.00
