I had my belongings placed in ***** moving and Storage on 8/30/22. I have spoken with them a few times asking for a copy of the storage bill to either be faxed to me or to my BHCP Care Coordinator so that we can have it paid but they have not as of yet. I have left many messages as so has my Care Coordinator and my Supportive Housing worker. We have even gone by their facility but no one is ever there. All I want is my bill of what I owe so that I can get my belongings back. I just recently obtained an apartment on 1/1/23 and I cannot even move in because all of my furniture and belongings are at ***** Moving and storage and no one contacts me back.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. ***'s have all been paid and up to date for my storage and yet they still do not contact me back. My Supportive housing worker and my BHCP Care Coordinator have tried to out reach to them and they do not return any calls. Both of my workers are currently processing complaints through the ************************ against them. My Care Coordinator will be bringing me this week to the Police station to file a report against them as well.Initial Complaint

W&W was hired by my landlord for a no fault eviction move. My belongings were placed in the companies storage facility. After 6 weeks, I signed a new lease and made multiple attempts to collect my property from the business. The first attempt, I was told they would move my property for $650 and when I told him I would do it myself with a UHaul, he told me he would call me back. Never received a call. The second attempt I made was to let him know when I would be at his facility. He did not answer my number however I used a different phone and he answered that number. I told him I would be there the next day at a specific time. I rented the UHaul and waited for hours without him showing up. His listed business address leads to a parking lot next to an old factory building that seems to be crumbling from the foundation. I have now made 3 more attempts to collect my belongings and he refuses to answer my calls or reply to my voicemails. I will make one final attempt tomorrow morning and have already spoken to the police about filing a stolen property report. They told me after my last attempt they will move forward with the report and they will make attempts to get my property back. If they cannot make contact then I will be able to have a summons to court ordered in which I can choose to move forward with a lawsuit. I will update the complaint after I know which route I am forced to take. Avoid this company at all costs. Its been an absolute headache.Initial Complaint

I purchased a refrigerator and the company I bought the refrigerator from used W and W Movers and Storage to deliver the appliance. When they arrived, the 2 gentleman just had a regular dolly, not one used for appliances. There were several options to get the appliance in the home, but they chose the front door. My railings were gouged, the door frame was gouged as was my hardwood floors. This home has been completely renovated in the last 6 months, so the floors and paint are new. Additionally they laid the refrigerator on the floor which is not recommended of any refrigerator. While here they spoke to a supervisor and relayed to them the damage that was done. This all took place on August 20 th 2021. I do have pictures of the damage.I have never heard from the moving company and have called them at least 6 times and left messages and no one has called back.Customer response
