Ive been getting laser hair removal on my ********* area and when they suddenly switched me to a new laser tech with my knowledge, I was burned by *********. When I informed them of what happened they immediately denied it and had attitude. Prior, to my laser ****************************** made multiple micro aggressive comments. She stated my skin complexion was the reason why it was so painful for me because her other clients dont have the same reaction. However, my experiences were not painful prior to switching laser techs and clearly it was so painful because I was being burned. She said I was skin type 5 or 6 while the pervious laser tech said that I was a type 3 or 4. During my last session, I asked her if it was possible to turn the settings down because it was so painful and she refused. From my experiences, it appeared she was more interested in trying to sign me up for more packages rather than ensuring my current experience was even good. Both times I met with her, I waited 40+ mins past my appt time to be seen. For one appointment, I was told to come in early just to still wait for almost a hour. Meanwhile, I would watch as other customers came in and out of their appts - from the beginning I was not treated as a valued customer. I requested not to be seen by ********* after the horrible 1st session with her but the next time I came in, I still was. However, I was told that in their system I was scheduled with **** on that day. Definitely appears to be a lack of proper management at this business. When I called to inform them of my concerns, *********, who is the owner, kept interrupting me, she sarcastically told me "I hope your v***** doesn't fall off" and I was called RACIST! Prior to this, I was looking forward to continuing my laser journey here but ********* is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Laser should not be that painful and I should not be getting burned, it's the technicians job to know and do better!

The owner is a mean person and this business treats its customers extremely poorly. I also witnessed the way the owner treats her employees and it is very sad. She does cutthroat business and threatens employees and clients. Stay away

I was given a gift card the summer prior to COVID and just now able to use it. I contacted the business and asked about booking but was told the ** expired after 1 year. Asked if they could reconsider given the global pandemic of almost 3 years. Also, my understanding of MA gift card law, is that the ** has to be honored for at least 5 years. Ultimately they agreed and I booked appts for my daughter and I. When I booked they said the ** amount was $600+/- We arrived for our appts and my daughter was taken in first. The Manager suggested a facial in addition to another service I had booked. I said yes. I was 15 minutes into my facial when the manager came into the room and told me that the ** had a balance of only $25. I said there must be a mistake and relayed the details of my booking that included speaking with a member of their staff who told me the card balance of $600+/- She insisted the ** balance was $25 and no staff member gave me a $600 number. She turned to the person doing the facial and said We need to stop services I asked that she please let me finish my facial. She had no reason to be concerned about payment as I reminded her bc she has my CC on file. I told her she could call the person who purchased the **. She came back and said there was no person by that name. I provided her with a #. A 3rd time she comes into the room, states the person was not sure they could find the details but would check. She then said the person told her I was let go from the company bc of questionable reasons. The ** was from the company because I left to take another position. Who gives people they let go a $600 **. I was completely freaked out by this managers blatant lies. In the lobby the manager announces all other services were cancelled. Later It was found that I did have $630 **. She texted and called to tell me that then offered to book my next appt. Harassed 3 times during a procedure, being defamed, interrupted constantly. Highly unethical person!
