The transaction date on my credit card is 06/25/2023. This was a charge for a subscription supplement that I had cancelled. The package arrived at my address despite the cancellation. I phoned the company immediately when I returned from vacation on 7/3/23 to report the issue. I was told to ship the product back to ************************************************ and following their receipt I would receive a credit for the $121.19 charge to my **** card. I have the shipping receipt from the *** Store on *************, **********, ** dated 7/11/2023 with tracking. The tracking shows it was received in ******, ** on 7/13/23. This return, in the original box as I never opened the package, cost me $13.56. I have to date NOT received a credit. I have called the company many times and have continuously only been able to get their voicemail. On 8/17/23 after nine attempts to reach Five Journeys (which is a doctor's ******* I did get a return voice message, which I returned on my lunch hour restating the issue. No one has since returned my call and to date my credit card has not been refunded.
