      I filled out a form for a faulty product that Ive purchased from the company. I was to be sent a new product free of charge providing I show proof of the malfunction - which I did. (Limited warranty that they include with the purchase)I have called and left a voicemail, sent multiple emails regarding my complaint within a ***************************************************************** about it

      Original purchase date: 5/28/23 Filed for return on 6/30/23 Amongst many back and forths where plusOne continued to ask me information one at a time, they stopped replying to me on 7/25 and never responded even when I tried to reengagement in the email. They asked for my order number, even after sending a photo of my receipt which clearly stated the order number. There was no effort on their part to help a simple return in ample time and they do not provide a number to call. This was poor service and a clear attempt to withhold past the return window. Their window was ************************************************************************

      On 4/12/23 I purchased a MY PLUS ONE KEGEL EXERCISER from ******** I couldn't get it to charge, so I went on their website to initiate a refund. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I just uploaded my receipt. Since I read all the fine print and it didn't say that only one refund was allowed per person, etc., I decided to make another similar purchase on 4/19/23. That one charged, but I wasn't pleased with the product, and since this was one of the options I decided to initiate another return. Almost 3 months later they are still giving me the run around and I haven't received either refund. I'd appreciate if you could please help me get my $89.86 back.

      They still didn't tell me when I'd be receiving my $89.86. If I don't get it within the week please downgrade their BBB rating!

      A refund check will be sent out shortly. Since I am not part of the mailing service, we will not have shipping updates since it is not a package and is in an envelope. A refund should arrive within 3 weeks from today. Thanks!

      I'll close my complaint with the BBB as soon as I receive my $89.86. I hope you understand that after being told the same thing over and over, I'm a little bit skeptical.

      I placed a 59$ order on April 29 and received no shipping updates; I emailed for the first time on May 5th about shipping updates and received no information even though the automatic response assured me the would reply within 1-2 days, so than on the 3rd day, May 8th i followed up again. This was all after attempting to contact them via phone, all of their numbers led to an answering machine. I have emailed them again for a third time, but i have little hope that they will respond. I want the 59$ refunded and my order canceled. It still has not shipped yet.
