We started using this company a year ago. Our neighbor used them for landscaping and we have a connected yard. ( she no longer uses them either) when we first started using them we ask for almost a year about a price list. No one ever contacted **, even after numerous attempts on our part. They continued to service our yard dropping off bills ranging from 475$-1500$. Giving ** no option to choose which services we wanted. One thing I found strange was the dump charge, this is the charge to dump our grass. I found pukes of grass over my back fence. Then one day I came home to see him dumping the grass over the back fence which I was able to record on my iPhone. I asked the neighbor if they charged her for the same, she said no, that they dump hers over the fence. As I mentioned the yards are connected. So they go back and forth over the yards and then dump over the fence. So he was charging ** a dump fee and not her and not dumping the grass. This sounds small but over a year its about 1400$ when confronted with this information he continued to dodge it even though I explained I have proof. He said it was a dump charge for the front yard, which I then asked my neighbor if she does get charged for that, she said no. Now he threatened to take further action clearly he doesnt like being called out on his actions. I own a business so Im not unfamiliar with the ins and outs of charging people. I believe he was charging ** for services we didnt agree to or receive and is now demanding payment
