Our records document :
The customer's system was installed in 2008 with a full 5 year warranty on workmanship.
The customer sent a picture of a leak stain in late 2012 - we responded immediately and resealed all the solar mounts in the vicinity of the stain. We have photos of those mounts whose original sealant was intact. There was no report of any leaks thereafter in 2012 or 2013
The customer expressed interest in expanding the ** system in 2013 and we responded with a Proposal . The customer chose another contractor.
In 2017 the customer asked for a retrofit proposal for our original installation and that of the later contractors' . The customer did not respond to our sent Proposal
In 2022 the customer requested a proposal for complete removal of our original installation and that of the later contractors' and the re-use of the solar modules for a ground mount. Our Proposal was sent after a site visit. There was no response accepting our Proposal.
In August ****************************************************** re-roofing his home and sent us photos. We invited him to come to our office and meet with me to discuss the situation.
In all instances we responded to the customer courteously . We're happy to show BBB this documentation and especially the email string and the customer's change of tone from 2022 to the present.
