            On Monday, 4/4, my wife and kids had an appointment with Access ************* At that time I made a debit card payment of $1260. On Thursday, 4/7, we had to go back to Access ************ and the receptionist advised me that there was an issue with the card and so I would need to pay in cash. So Friday morning I went to the bank, took out $1260 in cash and paid it to Access ************* Then later Friday Access ************ charged $1260 to my debit card sending my checking account into a negative balance. I did not catch this until Sunday and immediately moved money from my savings account to my checking account so I would have a positive balance but not before the bank charged me $86 in fees. On Monday, 4/11 I went back to Access ************ and explained the situation. They refunded me the $1260 overpayment but refuse to accept responsibility for the $86 in fees that they caused. I tried calling Access ************ today and the manager refused to provide their name and hung up on me. I am very careful with my checking account and would never have had a negative balance if not for Access ************s mistake

            **************** is horrible. If you call and they dont want to speak to you, they will hang up on you. They have no problem yelling at you and only care about getting their money. Illegally pick and choose which patients to abandon after 2 or 3 years (quote from the receptionist) but will not notify the patients, which is against ******** law.
