      I bought an educational package Dec 12, and immediately requested a refund. I was given a refund that is 399 dollars short. I have been sending emails, and the response each time is that they need to work with accounting and engineering to resolve this. I just would like the 399 dollars that I have been owed since 12/12/2023.

      In April of 2023, I purchased the Fitzgerald Health ***** Care Nurse practitioner certification exam review to prepare for my Nurse Practitioner exam. According to the website, the program offers "100% peace of mind" and a pass guarantee. I failed the test on my first attempt and reached out to the company for guidance. I was placed into a "remediation course" that was of absolutely no use to me. I was expecting more of an in-depth review and really was only given vague study tips and an extension of the course that I already took. I went through the course again multiple times to prepare for my second exam which I failed again! When I reached out to customer service asking for a refund or at least a partial refund so I can purchase a program that works better for me, I was told I cannot get a refund because I had already gone through the course and completed it. To me, this course absolutely did NOT provide the service that was advertised. Further, one of the instructors in one of the pre-recorded lectures had his outlook notifications on and for nearly the entire lecture you could loudly hear the ping of his emails coming through which was completely distracting. Some of the "practice" questions had wrong answers, and the sound for some of the lectures was distorted. This program was not worth the money and failing my exam TWICE with a prep course that has a pass guarantee is completely unacceptable.

      Thank you for this valuable feedback. Fitzgerald Health (****) offers Review Courses to NP students who have completed their 6 years of school in RN and NP programs and are now preparing to sit for their Certification Exam. The Fitzgerald Health on-demand ***ACNP Review Course which the student completed is a 35+ hour course. We have put together the information and a timeline for Customers Access and scores. 

      This student placed an order with Fitzgerald for the on-demand ***ACNP Review Course on 4/4/2023 for $435.70. The student spent a total of 14 days accessing and completing the 35+ Hour on-demand ***ACNP Review Course on 4/22/2023. The student completed the 100-question ***ACNP Practice Test on 4/22/2023 and received a score of 64% on the 1st attempt, and a 70% on the 2nd attempt which was completed on 5/2/2023. The student sat for the **** ***ACNP Certification Exam on 5/3/2023 and did not pass on their 1st try.  

      The student contacted our **************** team on 5/9/2023 and provided their Fail Letter from **** and requested Remediation. The student was registered to attend the **** ***ACNP Remediation Livestream scheduled to take place on 6/26/2023 from 8-9:30 pm EST as part of the **** NP Pass Guarantee.  

      The student attended the entire 1.5-hour livestream remediation session with our ***ACNP Faculty. Our Faculty provided the Remediation information on tips, how the Certification Exam is broken down, how questions are presented, how to analyze the question, examples on mistakes made in the past by others, tips on success for the future, gave in-depth examples on types of questions, and scenarios where students have struggled with when taking the Exam. They were able to break down the areas of weakness and strength in regard to their exam scores and more. During the Remediation Session, no questions were asked until 15 minutes before the session ended where 3 questions were asked. Attendees are given and reminded of the opportunity of having the faculty there to answer any specific questions they may have from their own experience with taking the Exam and to receive assistance, clarification, and feedback based on the attendees' questions and input. The ***ACNP Faculty offered 3 times during the Remediation for the attendees to type their questions or concerns about boards into the Q&A Box, to unmute themselves if they wanted to speak out loud, or to contact **************** with any questions they may have after the Remediation Session. Their questions would be sent directly to the ***ACNP Faculty, and they would be happy to go over a study plan with them or meet 1 on 1 with them. 

      On 6/26/2023, the student was provided the on-demand ***ACNP Review Course again at no charge. The student accessed and completed this 35+ hour on-demand ***ACNP Review Course within 8 days of beginning to access it. The student completed this 2nd attempt at the ***ACNP Review Course on 9/21/2023. The student completed the 100-question Practice Test for the 3rd attempt on 9/22/2023 with a score of 73%. 

      The student sat for and failed their 2nd attempt at the **** ***ACNP Certification Exam in late September 2023 and contacted **** **************** via email with feedback after failing the 2nd attempt at her Exam.  

      The student did not contact us via phone but did send an email with information on the failed 2nd attempt while providing feedback and requesting a refund. **************** responded to the email and informed the student that we could not offer a refund due to it being outside of the refund policy window. However, we did offer Remediation for a 2nd time if the student was interested but she denied this offer.

      I purchased a review MP3 and study guide in a booklet format. This MP3 and the replacement MP3 were defective and did not play longer than a day or two. The online access was not helpful as I needed a permanent copy of the material and was advised that I could not record the material. As a resolution, I was promised a refund approximately three months ago and again on 9/24. I was advised that it would be issued in 3-5 business days. More than five business days have passed and I have not be refunded the full purchases amount. I fear that I will not be compensated or given the purchased products.
