    To Whom It May ********* am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experiences attempting to purchase Lava Lamps, both online through Amazon and in person at ********* Store. Despite my efforts, I have encountered nothing but frustration and disappointment due to the poor quality and apparent lack of quality control associated with these products.Over the past two weeks, I have purchased multiple Lava Lamps, only to find them defective or broken upon unboxing and setting them up. I have diligently followed the instructions, waiting the expected 2-4 hours for the lamps to heat up and start working, but to no avail. The root causes appear to be inadequate quality control and possibly improper handling and storage during shipping. Regardless of the cause, the ultimate responsibility lies with the parent company that manufactures these products.My attempts to resolve these issues have been time-consuming and costly. After multiple returns and exchanges, both online and in-store, I have concluded that finding a functional, undamaged Lava Lamp is akin to finding a needle in a haystack. This situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its customers.Moreover, my attempt to contact the company directly was met with an appalling lack of concern. The customer support representative I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, almost discouraging me from pursuing a resolution. This attitude is in ***** contrast to the customer-centric image portrayed in the brochure included with the product, which misleadingly suggests a high level of customer care.It is evident from the negative reviews on Amazon and the lack of awareness at ********* that these issues are widespread. I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience and the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge the company to address these quality control issues promptly and to reconsider its approach to customer service.Disappointed, *******

    Schylling offered ***** TWO DAY SHIPPING at $28 for the upgrade. I paid the $28 and they shipped my items through ***** Their customer support emails seem fake and auto generated. They wrote back saying my shipping was corrected and included tracking. I clicked tracking link and it was still ***** This company stole my money and lied about my shipping. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    Hello,

    We did receive *******'s order on a Saturday 4/20 (we are closed on weekends, it is noted on our website, that orders placed on a weekend, will be processed the following Monday). This order dropped to our DC and was processed on Monday, 4/22. This first label was created on 4/22 in error, as a **** label and was immediately corrected same day (on 4/22). This error did not cause any delay in the shipping of the order. The NEW label was processed as a ***** 2day shipment (an email was sent on 4/23 at 9am w / the ***** tracking # when ***** picked up the order). 

    To recap: Order was received on 4/20 & processed on 4/22. It shipped 4/23 via ***** 2day and due to deliver (2 days later) on 4/25. We did offer to overnight the order or refund the difference on the shipping cost, however we did not receive a response. Please note we have reached out numerous times to this consumer, as we understand the frustration as it relates to the expectation and timing around the order being processed and shipped. It was our hope to speak with her and offer alternate resolutions. Again, we have not heard a response to date. Please note we do not offer fake or auto generated responses (there is a live rep who responds to every inquiry). We also offer a toll free 800 # if the consumer wishes to speak to a live representative. This is in addition to the (non automated) emails that were also sent to this consumer. 

    If the consumer wishes to speak to us, she is more than welcomed to respond to one of our emails and we can reach out to her accordingly. Please know we take our consumer comments, concerns, and complaints seriously and appreciate all feedback.
