We purchased a Watts Undersink Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System Model Number: ******** Menards SKU: *******, from the Menards store in *****, ** a couple months ago. Shortly after installing it, a connection began leaking. We called customer service at ********************** and new parts were sent out. Then the water dispenser stopped working. We called customer service again and said we needed to replace one of our three filters, Carbon Block Filter. We were told this issue was not under warranty. We bought a new filter and the same issue is happening again. We've had this system for a few months and it is useless. We would like to return the unit and be refunded the cost of the unit plus the new filter we just bought, that did not solve the issue. We plan on going with water bottle delivery because it is more reliable than this unit. Also, I've been a plumber for 25 years and installed the unit correctly.
