      Terrible Experience - Avoid This Motel!We were left stranded by this motel after Hurricane *****. At 1:00 PM, we called to check for room availability, and a girl named ******* answered. She promised us a room for my family and me, so we booked it within minutes. We called back immediately to confirm our reservation, and ******* assured us that we had a room and were all set.However, when we arrived around 8:00 PM that night, the front desk lady informed us that our booking had been canceled, and they had neglected to call us. All other hotel and motel options within two hours of ******* were fully booked.Terrible management and communication. No empathy. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

      July 7, 2024 we booked a room at Mt. *********** in *****. The room was INFESTED with bed bugs. We have videos and pictures. The Motel refused to refund us even though we didn't stay the night.

      June 10th since we checked into ************ suites we have witnessed Drug Activity, Prostitution Activity Employees that work there, (managers,maids) Whom are On drugs and protecting these drug traffickers. We see Employees bring prostitutes into rooms and smell strong odors of drugs. My daughter and I were Approached by this male subject who is an employee at this establishment in the hallway and Asked if we would want to go to his room to do drugs. We were Appalled and very Frightened by this, we went to the manager of this establishment and asked him to call Authorities which he would not .we asked to have him Removed from motel and he would not, swe called cops and Again nothing's done. So we're here frustrated and Fearing for our lives, while the manager nd mid hang out with druggies and prostitutes, smoking fentenol just partying. There's a lot of drug deals and prostitutes deals within this establishment. Not too long ago there were several murders here. This motel (supposedly) just re-opened, but from the looks of it should not be open. To be honest seems like they are open but they should NOT be. SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK THIS SKETCHY MOTEL OUT ND Investigate IF There's Human Trafficking ALONG WITH ALL THIS DRUG & PROSTITUTE Activity. VERY URGENT BEFORE ANOTHER DEath occurs

      I booked a room at one of this company's locations (*************************************************) via Booking.com on 6/6/24 for $67.79. I arrive at the hotel and the front desk clerk says I must pay a $100 security deposit. I reply that it is not listed on the Booking.com website. The clerk responds in a cavalier attitude that a lot of customers had been saying. I begin to begrudgingly pay because I am disabled and had my service dog was with me. I pulled out my phone to pay the deposit with tap to pay and I ask the clerk when I will receive the refund. He moves the point of sale device to reveal a small sign that says that deposits can take up to 14 days. I ask him to cancel because that policy and the hidden security deposit and he said he would. Management at this location refuses to communicate with me or Booking.com customer service staff.

      I used a 3rd party service to reserve rooms here for Friday, June 7 to Sunday, June 9. Upon check-in, I noticed the room wasn't properly clean and was completely disgusting. I went to my car and looked for another hotel. Upon booking another hotel, I went upstairs, got my stuff, and let the clerk know I would not be staying. I took pictures of the room and showed the pictures to the clerk. The clerk offered to have the room cleaned. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room for the night due to how disgusting it was.There were stains on the couch, on the floor. There was a sticky brown substance on the walls and in the closet. The shower wasn't clean. The microwave hadn't been cleaned. There was supposed to be a coffee maker and there wasn't. The table looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The clerk told me to call the next day and speak with a manager. I did and they told me to call back Monday. I called Monday, asked for a manager, was told that's who I was speaking with, and proceeded to explain this to them. Was hung up on. I called back, was hung up on again. I called back, was told the manager wasn't "in". Tried calling back and now they won't answer the phone.

      I wad picked up at the airport by my daughter. She drove me to the hotel where 7 other people in our group were staying. I needed a room for the night, maybe 2 but we werent sure yet. I asked fpr AAA discount and wad given that. The next morning other people in my group found out there were not enough rooms for them to stay another night so i called the front desk to let them know i woukd be checking out and that i wad out of the room but i was helping my daughter gather her things and baby and dog. (There were 9 of us plus a dog. 4 rooms total. I tried to check out in person when wr got downstairs and the woman behind the desk pointed to the key drop. We left. Got a room at a different hotel. Took a few days to drive home. Saw 2 nights charged on my credit card. I called ************ and Suites and spoke to the manager. He wad reasonable and said to email him the details and he woukd refund my money. I emailed him and forgot about it. A few weeks later I checked to see if I was refunded the money and i was not. I called but mo one was avail to talj to me. I called again and emailed again but heard nothing back from anyone. I called today and he was not in yet. I called agaon later and he was not avail. The woman who answered the call asked questions and said i didnt check out intil 2 days later but that is not true. I stayrd in a different hotel. I hope thet have video cameras and can check to verify. Shebsaid i need to call back after 3pm.

      I tried contacting the manager but impossible to get ahold of anyone including the manager. I normally wouldnt use this business as it is very unkept in a dangerous location. It was an emergency I needed to place my brother somewhere for 2 days and was told by the employee at the time, who told me her name was *****, that they dont book for 2 days which I know is not true. This person had a very bad disposition, I believe she made this up as not to service us.

      I booked I room through Priceline for the 24th of May 2024. I arrived at 11 PM. When I got to the room there was a damp used wash cloth hanging on the shower door. So i took it with 2 fingers as you might something dirty and through on the floor in the corner out of the way. Then I sat on bed and turned on tv. It said no service. I then called the desk. The lady first said, we have more towels if you need them, (that wasn't the point) dirty was the point. The ** she said they could fix but not right away (it was 11 and I had driven a long way and was going to bed) There was a parking issue and I was told to park at the ************** across the street. That was at the end the room was at, so OK. She offered me a room at the other end of the hotel were there was no parking. I said I would just stay were I was because I didn't want to carry by stuff that far. (I have arthritis in my knees and back) She said it wasn't that far and told me at least 3 times she was pregnant as if that was a reason for me not to have issues. I tried to hand her back the key to the other room and for some reason she wouldn't take it . After telling her to take it 3 times, I just dropped it on the ground . She yelled "is this the way you treat a pregnant lady". None of this had anything to do with her pregnancy but if that was an issue she should not have been working. She then brought back a man 30 and he said I had to leave, I said, I have driven 700 miles, I don't have a lot of choices. He said , you can't stay here, you have to leave now.(there was no yelling , no raised voices other than by the lady when I dropped the key.. I said, I paid for a room, He said , I will cancel your reservation and you will get your money back, but you have to leave, now. I put my shoes on and left , took the time to drop the key in the drop box. I booked another hotel in ************* with no issue. The room was not refunded, ********* said the hotel denied it.
