The total amount paid was ********* we are requesting the uncompleted portion of the job which was ********. At the end of Sep 2022 we were quoted a job for hardscape and redoing of flower beds and creating new ones. A deposit of ********* was paid by us. By beginning November they started work on the hardscapes and finished after 3 weeks. Then the owner asked for the final payment and thats when I asked when they were going to come back out and do the flowerbeds? He didnt answer so I waited a few more days and asked again, once again no answer. When I finally got a hold of him he said he forgot and that on his end it didnt show on the estimate. I then sent him the same one attached to this complaint and showed him where it was listed. He acknowledged it and said they would complete it on Nov 22. At that time he took the check for the remaining 1********. On Nov 22 they did not show up and at midday we reached out and asked when they would be arriving they stated that they wouldnt be able to and that would have to schedule another day. After that we decided we would just ask for the refund of the remaining balance which again they agreed to. They said it was mailed through the bank and the checks take 5-7 business days. It is now Dec 7 and we have yet to receive the funds and would like the refund we should be getting.

In April we hired Pristine Property Maintenance (PPM) to do some landscaping at our home. As part of the agreement, we hired them to perform aeration, overseeing and fertilization of our property. On 5/13 we paid them a check for $1125; $425 was for aeration and overseeding, $700 was for the entire year of fertilizing. The fertilizing was a 8 treatment schedule and we were told we needed to pay for the entire year in full to get this price. If we missed a treatment or decided to cancel a treatment we would be given a credit or refund. To this day we have only received 2 treatments and have been unable to get ahold of anyone at PPM. We did learn that PPM hires a independent contractor to do all the fertilizing the book. ****** from **************** did stop by our house in June to find out what was going on and why we haven't scheduled any additional treatments. I was shocked to learn that PPM did not communicate to ****** we were on a plan for the entire year. During this time we learned that ****** has never received any payment from PPM for the work he had performed on their behalf and that he would be dropping them as a client. We learned that we are not the only clients that have had issues with PPM making promises about fertilizing treatment plans. On June 15th I contacted PPM informing them that I would like a refund for the 6 treatments we had scheduled that were missed and for the future. **** at PPM told me not a problem and that he would put a check in the mail to me for the refund. Since this time I have not heard anything back from PPM. I have called, texted, emailed and visited their office many times over the last 2.5 months. Silence. Zero response. I tried one last time today to call and not I am completely exhausted and am filing a complaint with BBB. I am also concerned with the silence because we hired them to plant 20 Arborvitae which they told us they would guarantee for 1yr. Each cost us $150. 7 are currently dead and will need to be replaced
