I bought a new Nissan Sentra from this dealership. We agreed on a FINAL price of $21,000 after taxes, fees and everything.I put ***** down as a down payment and asked to finance the remaining $17,000.I went to make my first payment for this month and the initial balance on my finance was *********. I have tried reaching out to them about this and gotten no response.

      Hello,

We have made several attempts to reach this gentleman, including this morning. We actually gave him a recent college graduate rebate with Nissan and have been trying to reach him to receive the necessary documentation in order for us to be reimbursed from them. We will continue to attempt to reach out to him to review his pricing and to attempt to procure the documentation from his school that is owed to us. This is odd because the salesman said that he was extremely happy throughout this whole process. We have even agreed to register his vehicle even though there are still overdue obligations from him to us. We will update you once we have reached him.

      Best,

      *******************************, General Manager

Hi Better Business Bureau - I am sorry for the inconvenience, I forgot I reached out to you about this.

I sent this response when I initially saw what I thought was a discrepancy and was unable to get in contact with Nissan. Since then, they have reached out, and I realize it was a mistake on my part.

I hope my complaint is erased or does not go against Boch Nissan in any way as this was simply a misunderstanding.

I was attempting to purchase a 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum from Boch Nissan South on November 10, 2023. I visited the dealer, saw the vehicle in the used car line and went it to ask to take the vehicle for a Test drive. After that my wife and I went in to discuss a possible deal. The dealer appraised my car and we reviewed options for financing. At no time up until this point was I ever said the vehicle I wanted to purchase was unavailable. I filled out a credit application and we discussed terms. Finally the sales manager offered terms for the 2022 I wanted to purchase along with that of a new car the was $7.000.00 more. I said I was not interested in a new car. That is when they advised me the used car was not available and try to convince me to by the new car. I feel this was a Bait and Switch tactic as they should have known all along if the used car was not available. I want them to locate a similar vehicle and offer me the same terms we discussed.

We have hired a new sales manager here who took a deposit the night before on this car. We apologized to the customer and told them if the other customer did not finalize the deal in the next 24 hrs, that we would allow them to purchase it. We also heavily discounted a new Rogue just to try and make it up to them. They felt that was "bait and switch". I actually would have much preferred to sell the vehicle to **************. He lives local to us where the other customer lives in **. But it was only fair that we would honor the first deposit. I am happy to try and find ************** another of these vehicles, but they are few and far between.

      Thank you

I went to nissan boch south to look for a vehicle. I found a vehicle I was interested and stated to the sales man I already had financing through my bank. The sales man sent us to the financial officer in which he stated to move forward with the purchase we'd have to put a deposit down of $2000. I stated we have financing through our bank we just need the ***** agreement to send go them. He refused. He stated we must go thru their finances **** to get the sale price of the vehicle which is listed as the price on their website, this was stated after we put the deposit down. They continued to send our information to multiple banks running multiple credit checks ignoring us stating not to do that to just give us a P&S agreement. We were then told to sign paper work to hold the vehicle until we could come back the following day because they were closing after being there for over 3 hours. The next day I contacted my bank to see if the dealer contacted them with the agreement they stated they hadn't. I called the dealer back and they stated they did contact my bank the interest rate was more than double what they told us originally and said my bank lied. I immediately told them to stop the process and asked for a refund of the deposit. I was hung up on 3x and the manager finally called me back telling me to get a letter from my bank to honor the original interest rate I said no I just wanted my deposit back because the financial rep wasn't operating under good faith and lying to us. He said he processed the refund and it would take a couple days it's been over a week and I still haven't received my money back. I purchased another vehicle with a different dealer that honored my approval thru my bank and with the original interest rate along with the ******************* listed on their website. Nissan boch isn't being honest with their pricing online and not honoring their policies

I spoke to ********************** and apologized for the service she received here. I also told her that I would personally handle the refund myself. She seemed content with that. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Since the purchase of this vehicle there has been an issue with the main ***** housing for the gas door falling down into the vehicle. *** had it looked at and supposedly fixed by the dealer several times. They just pop the back panel on the gas door side in the back trunk of the car and stick their hand into the car and pull the **********. *** asked for this to be fixed permanently but they e failed to do that. It should be welded or screwed in (or so I believe). Im now told that fixing it is not under warranty because since it repeatedly happens the latch has shifted (bent) from this repeated defective issue. They are telling me that the car was somehow hit and its my fault which is not true! I know this is going to be a continued issue forever and I just want it fixed correctly so I dont have to keep dealing with a broken open gas door!!!

I purchased a used vehicle on January 8th, 2023 for the dealership. As part of the sales agreement I was charged $389 dollars for wheel locks for the vehicle. After taking delivery of the vehicle, I discovered the vehicle did not have them. The paperwork I received from the dealership was not itemized and did not show all of the charges. I contacted the sales person and explained that the vehicle did not have the wheel locks and that if they did charge me, to just refund the money. The sales person explained he would look into it and get back to me. After no responses for several days and speaking with the finance director, they still would not call me back. I finally got a response and now the sales person is refusing to refund the money they charged for an item they never provided.
