On Aug. 12, 2021 I ordered a seat belt form Patriot Subaru. When it arrived I discovered that Id ordered the wrong one. I called to see what was needed to return it and was told to just send it back & I would be credited. I sealed the box and did so. It was received on Aug. 26. Meanwhile, I ordered the correct part and it arrived & was installed. I periodically checked my account but as of today there is still no credit. I called on Sept. 14 and after the order was found, I was told that there would be no credit because the part was not in the original packaging. Thats not true. If it was not in the original packaging, its because thats the way I got it. I opened the box saw that it was the wrong color and the wrong side. I sealed the box and sent it. I was then referred to a manager. After waiting a substantial time I was told he was in a meeting and that he would get back to me. That hasnt happened. I called on Sept. 15, asked for a manager, I have not received a callback.
