Rob Flynn installed a brand new water heater and navien heating system in our home. He said he would file all the appropriate paper work for the state rebate program. Rob Flynn claimed he filed the paperwork three times and it was rejected each time; however, when I called the rebate center, they had no record that the claim was ever filed. The rebate center advised me to request the paperwork from Rob Flynn that would have been sent by the rebate center indicating what needed to be corrected (it would have been sent via e-mail or letter). Rob Flynn could not provide any of this documentation. Rob Flynn then promised to pay us the money personally but did not follow through. I begged for all of the documentation so that I could file for the rebate, but he couldnt find the documents. After posting a review on his ******** page, he assigned our rebate debacle to his administrative assistant. She assured me that this claim would get filed immediately and that Rob Flynn was going through a difficult time and disorganized. Now this company will not answer my calls or texts. This has been going on over a year and excuse after excuse has been given to delay me. This rebate is close to $2,000! He has told me that I really should have submitted the rebate myself, but I was never given the option to do that! Now my husband and I have retired to ********, ******* and dont have any recourse. As you will see on the only invoice we have (for the water heater) he included a note that he would submit our rebate claim. Thank you for any help you can give!
