I hadn't even hired Adam when he spent an hour on the phone giving me advice about how to deal with my ancient fieldstone foundation. I had spoken with several other masons but it was quite clear that Adam was at another level than they were in his comprehension of the issues I was having. What a confidence builder. Generous and wise, Adam is an unusually engaged craftsman. I will be calling him again.Review from Denise L

Bella Masonry and Construction did a great job removing my collapsed old bulkhead walls and base, repaired the fieldstone foundation of my house at the bulkhead opening, excavated where the new bulkhead was going in, then separately poured a new footing, walls and floor for the new bulkhead and installed the ***** door I selected. Also did a great job cleaning up the site when they were done. I'm very happy with the work they did.Review from Roberta D

I had a a very difficult time finding someone to help with a bulkhead/foundation issue in **********. Almost all the contractors you find will do either the foundation or the bulkhead but not both. Most of the bulkhead contractors had a waiting list into next spring. I was lucky to eventually find Bella Masonry.**** was a huge help explaining what my issues were and was very responsive throughout the process. His crew did a great job replacing my bulkhead and sealing where the bulkhead met the foundation of the house. I'd highly recommend Bella Masonry.Review from John P

**** and his team were great. We needed a sump pump installed and they were the best option we spoke to. They went above and beyond to get the space prepped for the install, they did a very thorough and precise job, and left everything neat and in perfect order. **** is straight with you but doesn't try to upsell. We had a very difficult problem of replacing hollow lally columns (outside) holding up our pantry room. I was very hard to find someone to do this work in the tight location. The lally columns had been there for over 30 years and needed to be replaced. Not only for safety reasons but also if we ever needed to sell the house. Very lucky that Bella took on the challenge. Adam and his crew repaired the openings around my basement windows. This included cleaning up all the loose debris chipping off the concrete blocks. It was a pretty extensive job. They put all new cement around the windows and the concrete blocks. It looks fabulous. More than a year later it still looks good no leaks! They were prompt, professional and cleaned up after the job. I look forward to working with Adam again on another project!Review from Tim A

We had water issues in our basement. My first contact was my brother who is a mason. He took a look and told me the only person I should contact was Adam at Bella. My brother, who does this for a living, told me to contact another mason, who he said was the best In the business. Needless to say, we hired Adam to take care of waterproofing out fieldstone foundation. Adam is a great guy and I enjoyed our conversations about his family history as a mason. He didn't just fix our problem, he fixed any future problem we would ever have. Adam is very up front that he will do the job right. He isn't interested in half assing a project to pay the bills. He would rather not take a job to just get it done. This type of professionalism doesn't seem to exist these days and I am thrilled I found someone who gives a damn about his everyday work. 4 months later and My basement has been dry for the first time in the 7 years I have lived here. I don't have to wet vac after a heavy rain. Adam knows what he is doing and I would highly recommend him for any foundation work you may have. My 120 year old field stone foundation has another 120 years in it. Thank you Adam.
